‘Alif-Lām-Mīm-Rā Tilka Āyātu Al-Kitābi Wa Al-Ladhī ‘Unzila Ilayka Min Rabbika Al-Ĥaqqu Wa LakinnaAkthara An-Nāsi Yu’uminūna
13:1 Alif Laam Mim Ra. These are the Verses of the Book. And that which/ what has been revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ from your Lord is the truth, but most of the mankind/people do not believe.
1. Alif-Laaam-Meeem-Raa; tilka Aayaatul Kitaab; wallazee unzila ilaika mir Rabbikal haqqu wa laakinna aksaran naasi laa yu’minoon
Al-Lahu Al-Ladhī Rafa`a As-Samāwāti Bighayri `Amadin Tarawnahā Thumma Astawá `Alá Al-`Arshi Wa Sakhkhara Ash-Shamsa Wa Al-Qamara Kullun Yajrī Li’jalin Musammáan Yudabbiru Al-‘Amra Yufaşşilu Al-‘Āyāti La`allakum Biliqā’i Rabbikum Tūqinūna
13:2  Allah is the One Who has raised the heavens without pillars that you can see, then He established on the Throne and subjected the sun and the moon each running/orbiting for an appointed term, He arranges/ conducts the whole matter/affair; He details/ explains the Signs so that you may be certain in the meeting with your Lord.

He makes the Signs clear so that you may be certain in the meeting with your Lord.
2. Allaahul lazee raf’as samaawaati bighairi ‘amadin tarawnahaa summas tawaa ‘alal ‘Arshi wa sakhkharash shamsa walqamara kulluny yajree li ajalim musammaa; yudabbirul amra yufassilil Aayaati la’allakum biliqaaa’i Rabbikum tooqinoon
Wa Huwa Al-Ladhī Madda Al-‘Arđa Wa Ja`ala Fīhā Rawāsiya Wa ‘Anhārāan Wa Min Kulli Ath-Thamarāti Ja`ala Fīhā Zawjayni Athnayni Yughshī Al-Layla An-Nahāra Inna  Dhālika La’āyātin Liqawmin Yatafakkarūna
13:3  And He is the One Who spread out the earth, and placed firm mountains and rivers in it, and from all of the fruits He made two pairs in it. He covers the night with the day. Indeed, in that surely are Signs for a people who ponder/think/ reflect.

“Reflect” implies a deliberate and thoughtful process of thinking back on something, often in order to gain insight or learn from past experiences. It can also refer to the act of carefully considering or examining something before making a decision or taking action.

Wa Fī Al-‘Arđi Qiţa`un Mutajāwirātun Wa Jannātun Min ‘A`nābin Wa Zar`un Wa Nakhīlun Şinwānun Wa Ghayru Şinwānin Yusqá Bimā’in Wāĥidin Wa Nufađđilu Ba`đahā `Alá Ba`đin Fī Al-‘UkuliInna Fī Dhālika La’āyātin Liqawmin Ya`qilūna
13:4  And in the earth are neighboring tracts ˹of land˺, and gardens of grapevines and crops and date-palms trees from a single root and trees not from a single root, watered/irrigated with one water; but/yet We cause to exceed some of them over others in the fruit. Indeed, in that surely are Signs for a people who understand use reason.

13:5  And if you are amazed/ surprised, then astonishing/ surprising is their saying,When we are ˹reduced to˺ dust, will we indeed/really be ˹raised˺ as a creation new?” Those are the ones who disbelieved in their Lord, and those will have the iron chains/ shackles in their necks, those are the companions of the Fire, they will stay forever in it.
5. Wa in ta’jab fa’ajabun qawluhum ‘a-izaa kunna turaaban ‘a-inna lafee khalqin jadeed; ulaaa ‘ikal lazeena kafaroo bi Rabbihim wa ulaaa’ikal aghlaalu feee a’naaqihim wa ulaaa’ika Ashaabun Naari hum feehaa khaalidoon

Then as for the foam, it passes away as scum/ ˹worthless˺ residue, and as for what benefits the mankind, remains in the earth. Thus Allah present/s the examples.

And from what they heat on it in the fire in order to make ornaments or utensils, a foam like it ˹appears˺.
