1. الر ۚ كِتَابٌ أَنْزَلْنَاهُ إِلَيْكَ لِتُخْرِجَ النَّاسَ مِنَ الظُّلُمَاتِ إِلَى النُّورِ بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِمْ إِلَىٰ صِرَاطِ الْعَزِيزِ الْحَمِيدِ
‘Alif-Lām-Rā Kitābun ‘Anzalnāhu ‘Ilayka Litukhrija An-Nāsa Mina Až-Žulumāti ‘Ilá An-Nūr Bi’idhni Rabbihim ‘Ilá Şirāţi Al-`Azīzi Al-Ĥamīdi
14:1 Alif Laam Ra. A Book which We have revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺, so that you may bring the humankind out of the darkness to the light by the permission of their Lord, to the Path of the All-Mighty, the Praiseworthy.
1. Alif-Laaam-Raa; Kitaabun anzalnaahu ilaika litukhrijan-naasa minaz zulumaati ilan noori bi-izni Rabbihim ilaa siraatil ‘Azeezil Hameed
2. اللَّهِ الَّذِي لَهُ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الْأَرْضِ ۗ وَوَيْلٌ لِلْكَافِرِينَ مِنْ عَذَابٍ شَدِيدٍ
Al-Lahi Al-Ladhī Lahu Mā Fī As-Samāwāti Wa Mā Fī Al-‘Arđi Wa Waylun Lilkāfirīna Min `Adhābin Shadīdin
14:2 Allah—the One to Whom belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth. And woe to the disbelievers from the severe punishment.
2. Allaahil lazee lahoo maa fis samaawaati wa maa fill ard; wa wailul lilkaafireena min ‘azaabin shadeed
3. الَّذِينَ يَسْتَحِبُّونَ الْحَيَاةَ الدُّنْيَا عَلَى الْآخِرَةِ وَيَصُدُّونَ عَنْ سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ وَيَبْغُونَهَا عِوَجًا ۚ أُولَٰئِكَ فِي ضَلَالٍ بَعِيدٍ
Al-Ladhīna Yastaĥibbūna Al-Ĥayāata Ad-Dunyā `Alá Al-‘Ākhirati Wa Yaşuddūna `An Sabīli Al-Lahi Wa Yabghūnahā `Iwajāan ‘Ūlā’ika Fī Đalālin Ba`īdin
14:3 ˹They are˺ those who love/ prefer (i.e., prefer) the life of the world over the Hereafter, and hinder from the Path of Allah, and seek crookedness in it, those are in far error.
3. Allazeena yastahibboo nal hayaatad dunyaa ‘alal aakhirati wa yasuddoona ‘ansabeelil laahi wa yabghoonahaa ‘iwajaa; ulaaa ‘ika fee dalaalin ba’eed
4. وَمَا أَرْسَلْنَا مِنْ رَسُولٍ إِلَّا بِلِسَانِ قَوْمِهِ لِيُبَيِّنَ لَهُمْ ۖ فَيُضِلُّ اللَّهُ مَنْ يَشَاءُ وَيَهْدِي مَنْ يَشَاءُ ۚ وَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الْحَكِيمُ
Wa Mā ‘Arsalnā Min Rasūlin ‘Illā Bilisāni Qawmihi Liyubayyina Lahum Fayuđillu Al-Lahu Man Yashā’u Wa Yahdī Man Yashā’u Wa Huwa Al-`Azīzu Al-Ĥakīmu
14:4 And We have not sent any Messenger except in the language of his people to clarify ˹the message˺ for them. Then Allah leaves whoever He wills to stray and guides whoever He wills. And He is the All-Mighty, the All-Wise.
14:4 And We have not sent any Messenger except in the language of his people so that he might make clear/ to for them. Then lets go astray Allah whom He wills and guides whom He wills. And He (is) the All-Mighty, the All-Wise.
4. Wa maaa arsalnaa mir Rasoolin illaa bilisaani qawmihee liyubaiyina lahum fa yudillul laahu mai yashaaa’u wa yahdee mai yashaaa’; wa Huwal ‘Azeezul Hakeem
5. وَلَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا مُوسَىٰ بِآيَاتِنَا أَنْ أَخْرِجْ قَوْمَكَ مِنَ الظُّلُمَاتِ إِلَى النُّورِ وَذَكِّرْهُمْ بِأَيَّامِ اللَّهِ ۚ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَآيَاتٍ لِكُلِّ صَبَّارٍ شَكُورٍ
Wa Laqad ‘Arsalnā Mūsá Bi’āyātinā ‘An ‘Akhrij Qawmaka Mina Až-Žulumāti ‘Ilá An-Nūri Wa Dhakkirhum Bi’ayyāmi Al-Lahi ‘Inna Fī Dhālika La’āyātin Likulli Şabbārin Shakūrin
14:5 And verily We sent Moses with Our Signs, that “Bring your people out of the darkness into the light. And remind them of the days of Allah.” Indeed, in that surely are the signs for everyone patient and thankful.
5. Wa laqad arsalnaa Moosaa bi Aayaatinaa an akhrij qawmaka minaz zulumaati ilan noori wa zak kirhum bi ayyaamil laah; inna fee zaalika la aayaatil likulli sabbaarin shakoor
6. وَإِذْ قَالَ مُوسَىٰ لِقَوْمِهِ اذْكُرُوا نِعْمَةَ اللَّهِ عَلَيْكُمْ إِذْ أَنْجَاكُمْ مِنْ آلِ فِرْعَوْنَ يَسُومُونَكُمْ سُوءَ الْعَذَابِ وَيُذَبِّحُونَ أَبْنَاءَكُمْ وَيَسْتَحْيُونَ نِسَاءَكُمْ ۚ وَفِي ذَٰلِكُمْ بَلَاءٌ مِنْ رَبِّكُمْ عَظِيمٌ
Wa ‘Idh Qāla Mūsá Liqawmihi Adhkurū Ni`mata Al-Lahi `Alaykum ‘Idh ‘Anjākum Min ‘Āli Fir`awna Yasūmūnakum Sū’a Al-`Adhābi Wa Yudhabbiĥūna ‘Abnā’akum Wa Yastaĥyūna Nisā’akum Wa Fī Dhālikum Balā’un Min Rabbikum `Ažīmun
14:6 And when Moses said to his people, “Remember the Favor of Allah upon you, when He saved/ rescued you from the people of pharoah, they were afflicting you with evil/ worst torment/ punishment and were slaughtering/ killing your sons and letting/ keeping your women live/ alive. And in that was a great trial from your Lord.”
6. Wa iz qaala Moosaa liqawmihiz kuroo ni’matal laahi ‘alaikum iz anjaakum min Aali Fir’awna yasoomoo nakum sooo’al ‘azaabi wa yuzabbihoona abnaaa’akum wa yastahyoona nisaaa’akum; wa fee zaalikum balaaa’un mir Rabbikum ‘azeem (section 1)
7. وَإِذْ تَأَذَّنَ رَبُّكُمْ لَئِنْ شَكَرْتُمْ لَأَزِيدَنَّكُمْ ۖ وَلَئِنْ كَفَرْتُمْ إِنَّ عَذَابِي لَشَدِيدٌ
Wa ‘Idh Ta’adhdhana Rabbukum La’in Shakartum La’azīdannakum Wa La’in Kafartum ‘Inna `Adhābī Lashadīdun
14:7 And ˹remember˺ when your Lord proclaimed/ announced/ declared (i.e., declared publicly), “If you are grateful, surely I will increase you/ I will surely give you more; but if you are ungrateful indeed, My punishment is surely severe.”
7. Wa iz ta azzana Rabbukum la’in shakartum la azeedannakum wa la’in kafartum inna ‘azaabee lashadeed
8. وَقَالَ مُوسَىٰ إِنْ تَكْفُرُوا أَنْتُمْ وَمَنْ فِي الْأَرْضِ جَمِيعًا فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ لَغَنِيٌّ حَمِيدٌ
Wa Qāla Mūsá ‘In Takfurū ‘Antum Wa Man Fī Al-‘Arđi Jamī`āan Fa’inna Al-Laha Laghanīyun Ĥamīdun
14:8 And Moses said, “If you disbelieve, you and whoever is in the earth all together, then indeed, Allah certainly is Free of need/Self-Sufficient, Praiseworthy.”
14:8 And Moses said , “If you disbelieve, you and whoever (is) in the earth all, then indeed, Allah certainly (is) Free of need, Praiseworthy.”
8. Wa qaala Moosaaa in takfurooo antum wa man fil ardi jamee’an fa innal laaha la Ghaniyyun Hameed
9. أَلَمْ يَأْتِكُمْ نَبَأُ الَّذِينَ مِنْ قَبْلِكُمْ قَوْمِ نُوحٍ وَعَادٍ وَثَمُودَ ۛ وَالَّذِينَ مِنْ بَعْدِهِمْ ۛ لَا يَعْلَمُهُمْ إِلَّا اللَّهُ ۚ جَاءَتْهُمْ رُسُلُهُمْ بِالْبَيِّنَاتِ فَرَدُّوا أَيْدِيَهُمْ فِي أَفْوَاهِهِمْ وَقَالُوا إِنَّا كَفَرْنَا بِمَا أُرْسِلْتُمْ بِهِ وَإِنَّا لَفِي شَكٍّ مِمَّا تَدْعُونَنَا إِلَيْهِ مُرِيبٍ
‘Alam Ya’tikum Naba’u Al-Ladhīna Min Qablikum Qawmi Nūĥin Wa `Ādin Wa Thamūda Wa Al-Ladhīna Min Ba`dihim Lā Ya`lamuhum ‘Illā Al-Lahu Jā’at/hum Rusuluhum Bil-Bayyināti Faraddū ‘Aydiyahum Fī ‘Afwāhihim Wa Qālū ‘Innā Kafarnā Bimā ‘Ursiltum Bihi Wa ‘Innā Lafī Shakkin Mimmā Tad`ūnanā ‘Ilayhi Murībin
14:9 Has there not come to you the news of those who were from before you, the people of Noah, and Aad and Thamud and those who were from after them? None knows them except Allah. Their Messengers came to them with clear proofs but they returned their hands in their mouths and they said, “Indeed we disbelieve/ do not believe in what you have been sent with, and indeed, we are surely in suspicious doubt about what you invite us to.”
9. Alam ya’tikum naba’ul lazeena min qablikum qawmi Noohinw wa ‘Aadinw wa Samood, wallazeena mim ba’dihim; laa ya’lamuhum illallaah; jaaa’at hum Rusuluhum bilbaiyinaati faraddooo aydiyahum feee afwaahihim wa qaalooo innaa kafarnaa bimaaa ursiltum bihee wa innaa lafee shakkim mimmaa tad’oonanaaa ilaihi mureeb
10. قَالَتْ رُسُلُهُمْ أَفِي اللَّهِ شَكٌّ فَاطِرِ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ ۖ يَدْعُوكُمْ لِيَغْفِرَ لَكُمْ مِنْ ذُنُوبِكُمْ وَيُؤَخِّرَكُمْ إِلَىٰ أَجَلٍ مُسَمًّى ۚ قَالُوا إِنْ أَنْتُمْ إِلَّا بَشَرٌ مِثْلُنَا تُرِيدُونَ أَنْ تَصُدُّونَا عَمَّا كَانَ يَعْبُدُ آبَاؤُنَا فَأْتُونَا بِسُلْطَانٍ مُبِينٍ
Qālat Rusuluhum ‘Afī Al-Lahi Shakkun Fāţiri As-Samāwāti Wa Al-‘Arđi Yad`ūkum Liyaghfira Lakum Min Dhunūbikum Wa Yu’uakhkhirakum ‘Ilá ‘Ajalin Musammáan Qālū ‘In ‘Antum ‘Illā Basharun Mithlunā Turīdūna ‘An Taşuddūnā `Ammā Kāna Ya`budu ‘Ābā’uunā Fa’tūnā Bisulţānin Mubīnin
14:10 Their Messengers said, ˹to them˺ “Can there be any doubt about Allah, the Creator/ Originator of the heavens and the earth? He invites you, so that He may forgive you of your sins, and give you respite/extended time for an appointed term.” They said, “You are not, but a human like us, you ˹only˺ wish to hinder us/ turn us away from what our forefathers used to worship. So bring us a clear authority.”
10. Qaalat Rusuluhum afillaahi shakkun faatiris samaawaati wal ardi yad’ookum liyaghfira lakum min zunoobikum wa yu’akhirakum ilaaa ajalin musammaa; qaaloo in antum illaa basharum mislunaa tureedoona an tasuddoonaa ‘ammaa kaana ya’budu aabaaa’unaa fa’toonaa bi sultaanin mubeen
11. قَالَتْ لَهُمْ رُسُلُهُمْ إِنْ نَحْنُ إِلَّا بَشَرٌ مِثْلُكُمْ وَلَٰكِنَّ اللَّهَ يَمُنُّ عَلَىٰ مَنْ يَشَاءُ مِنْ عِبَادِهِ ۖ وَمَا كَانَ لَنَا أَنْ نَأْتِيَكُمْ بِسُلْطَانٍ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِ اللَّهِ ۚ وَعَلَى اللَّهِ فَلْيَتَوَكَّلِ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ
Qālat Lahum Rusuluhum ‘In Naĥnu ‘Illā Basharun Mithlukum Wa Lakinna Al-Laha Yamunnu `Alá Man Yashā’u Min `Ibādihi Wa Mā Kāna Lanā ‘An Na’tiyakum Bisulţānin ‘Illā Bi’idhni Al-Lahi Wa `Alá Al-Lahi Falyatawakkali Al-Mu’uminūna
14:11 Their Messengers said to them, “We are not, but a human like you, but Allah favours/ bestows His Grace on whom He wills of His slaves. And it is not for us that we bring you an authority except by the permission of Allah. And in Allah so let the believers put their trust.
11. Qaalat lahum Rusuluhum in nahnu illaa basharum mislukum wa laakinnal laaha yamunnu ‘alaa mai yashaaa’u min ‘ibaadihee wa maa kaana lanaaa an na’tiyakum bisul taanin illaa bi iznil laah; wa ‘alal laahi falyatawakkalil mu’minoon
12. وَمَا لَنَا أَلَّا نَتَوَكَّلَ عَلَى اللَّهِ وَقَدْ هَدَانَا سُبُلَنَا ۚ وَلَنَصْبِرَنَّ عَلَىٰ مَا آذَيْتُمُونَا ۚ وَعَلَى اللَّهِ فَلْيَتَوَكَّلِ الْمُتَوَكِّلُونَ
Wa Mā Lanā ‘Allā Natawakkala `Alá Al-Lahi Wa Qad Hadānā Subulanā Wa Lanaşbiranna `Alá Mā ‘Ādhaytumūnā Wa `Alá Al-Lahi Falyatawakkali Al-Mutawakkilūna
14:12 And what is for us/ ˹reason˺ do we have that we do not put our trust in Allah, when certainly He has guided us to our ˹very best of˺ ways? And surely we will bear with patience on whatever harm you may cause us. And in Allah so let those who trust put their trust.”
And what ˹reason˺ we have
And what ˹reason˺ do we have
And what is for us
And in Allah so let put their trust the ones who put their trust.”
12. Wa maa lanaa allaa natawakkala ‘alal laahi wa qad hadaanaa subulanaa; wa lanasbiranna ‘alaa maaa aazaitumoonaa; wa ‘alal laahi falyatawakkalil mutawakkiloon (section 2)
13. وَقَالَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا لِرُسُلِهِمْ لَنُخْرِجَنَّكُمْ مِنْ أَرْضِنَا أَوْ لَتَعُودُنَّ فِي مِلَّتِنَا ۖ فَأَوْحَىٰ إِلَيْهِمْ رَبُّهُمْ لَنُهْلِكَنَّ الظَّالِمِينَ
Wa Qāla Al-Ladhīna Kafarū Lirusulihim Lanukhrijannakum Min ‘Arđinā ‘Aw Lata`ūdunna Fī Millatinā Fa’awĥá ‘Ilayhim Rabbuhum Lanuhlikanna Až-Žālimīna
14:13 And those who disbelieved said to their Messengers, We will surely drive you out of/ our land or you must return to our religion.” So their Lord inspired/revealed to them (i.e., Messengers), “We will surely destroy the wrongdoers.
13. Wa qaalal lazeena kafaroo li Rusulihim lanukhrijanna kum min aardinaaa aw la ta’oodunna fee millatinaa fa awhaaa ilaihim Rabbuhum lanuhlikannaz zaalimeen
14. وَلَنُسْكِنَنَّكُمُ الْأَرْضَ مِنْ بَعْدِهِمْ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ لِمَنْ خَافَ مَقَامِي وَخَافَ وَعِيدِ
Wa Lanuskinannakumu Al-‘Arđa Min Ba`dihim Dhālika Liman Khāfa Maqāmī Wa Khāfa Wa`īdi
14:14 And surely We will make you reside in the land from after them. That is for whoever fears standing before Me and fears My Warning.”
14. Wa lanuskinan nakumul arda min ba’dihim; zaalika liman khaafa maqaamee wa khaafa wa’eed
15. وَاسْتَفْتَحُوا وَخَابَ كُلُّ جَبَّارٍ عَنِيدٍ
Wa Astaftaĥū Wa Khāba Kullu Jabbārin `Anīdin
14:15 And they called for judgement and every stubborn tyrant failed.
14:15 And they sought/ requested/ asked for victory/ called for judgement and every stubborn tyrant disappointed/ failed.
15. Wastaftahoo wa khaaba kullu jabbaarin ‘aneed
16. مِنْ وَرَائِهِ جَهَنَّمُ وَيُسْقَىٰ مِنْ مَاءٍ صَدِيدٍ
Min Warā’ihi Jahannamu Wa Yusqá Min Mā’in Şadīdin
14:16 From behind him (i.e., every stubborn tyrant) is Hell, and he will be made to drink the water of oozing pus.
16. Minw waraaa’ihee jahannamu wa yusqaa min maaa’in sadeed
17. يَتَجَرَّعُهُ وَلَا يَكَادُ يُسِيغُهُ وَيَأْتِيهِ الْمَوْتُ مِنْ كُلِّ مَكَانٍ وَمَا هُوَ بِمَيِّتٍ ۖ وَمِنْ وَرَائِهِ عَذَابٌ غَلِيظٌ
Yatajarra`uhu Wa Lā Yakādu Yusīghuhu Wa Ya’tīhi Al-Mawtu Min Kulli Makānin Wa Mā Huwa Bimayyitin Wa Min Warā’ihi `Adhābun Ghalīžun
14:17 He will sip it but he will almost not swallow it. And the death will come to him from every side, but he will not die. And from behind him is a harsh punishment.
17. Yatajarra’uhoo wa laa yakaadu yuseeghuhoo wa ya’teehil mawtu min kulli makaaninw wa maa huwa bimaiyitinw wa minw waraaa’ihee ‘azaabun ghaleez
18. مَثَلُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا بِرَبِّهِمْ ۖ أَعْمَالُهُمْ كَرَمَادٍ اشْتَدَّتْ بِهِ الرِّيحُ فِي يَوْمٍ عَاصِفٍ ۖ لَا يَقْدِرُونَ مِمَّا كَسَبُوا عَلَىٰ شَيْءٍ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ هُوَ الضَّلَالُ الْبَعِيدُ
Mathalu Al-Ladhīna Kafarū Birabbihim ‘A`māluhum Karamādin Ashtaddat Bihi Ar-Rīĥu Fī Yawmin `Āşifin Lā Yaqdirūna Mimmā Kasabū `Alá Shay’in Dhālika Huwa Ađ-Đalālu Al-Ba`īdu
14:18 The example of those who disbelieve in their Lord, ˹is that˺ their deeds are like ashes over which the wind blows furiously in a stormy day. They have no control/power of what they have earned on anything. That, it is the farthest straying.
18. Masalul lazeena kafaroo bi Rabbihim; a’maaluhum karamaadinish taddat bihir reehu fee yawmin ‘aasifin; laa yaqdiroona mimmaa kasaboo ‘alaa shai’; zaalika huwad dalaalul ba’eed
19. أَلَمْ تَرَ أَنَّ اللَّهَ خَلَقَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ بِالْحَقِّ ۚ إِنْ يَشَأْ يُذْهِبْكُمْ وَيَأْتِ بِخَلْقٍ جَدِيدٍ
‘Alam Tará ‘Anna Al-Laha Khalaqa As-Samāwāti Wa Al-‘Arđa Bil-Ĥaqqi ‘In Yasha‘ Yudh/hibkum Wa Ya’ti Bikhalqin Jadīdin
14:19 Have you not seen that Allah created the heavens and the earth in truth/ with a purpose? If He wills, He can remove you and bring a new creation.
19. Alam tara annal laaha khalaqas samaawaati wal arda bilhaqq; iny yasha yuzhibkum wa ya’ti bikhalqin jadeed
20. وَمَا ذَٰلِكَ عَلَى اللَّهِ بِعَزِيزٍ
Wa Mā Dhālika `Alá Al-Lahi Bi`azīzin
14:20 And that is not difficult for Allah.
20. Wa maa zaalika ‘alal laahi bi ‘azeez
21. وَبَرَزُوا لِلَّهِ جَمِيعًا فَقَالَ الضُّعَفَاءُ لِلَّذِينَ اسْتَكْبَرُوا إِنَّا كُنَّا لَكُمْ تَبَعًا فَهَلْ أَنْتُمْ مُغْنُونَ عَنَّا مِنْ عَذَابِ اللَّهِ مِنْ شَيْءٍ ۚ قَالُوا لَوْ هَدَانَا اللَّهُ لَهَدَيْنَاكُمْ ۖ سَوَاءٌ عَلَيْنَا أَجَزِعْنَا أَمْ صَبَرْنَا مَا لَنَا مِنْ مَحِيصٍ
Wa Barazū Lillahi Jamī`āan Faqāla Ađ-Đu`afā’u Lilladhīna Astakbarū ‘Innā Kunnā Lakum Taba`āan Fahal ‘Antum Mughnūna `Annā Min `Adhābi Al-Lahi Min Shay’in Qālū Law Hadānā Al-Lahu Lahadaynākum Sawā’un `Alaynā ‘Ajazi`nā ‘Am Şabarnā Mā Lanā Min Maĥīşin
14:21 And they will come forth/ appear before Allah all together, then the weak (i.e., followers) will say to those (i.e., leaders) who were arrogant, “Indeed we, we were your followers, so can you be the one who benefits/helps us from anything from the punishment of Allah?” They will say, “If Allah had guided us surely we would have guided you. ˹Now it is˺ same for us whether we are impatient or we are patient, for us there is not any place of escape.”
21. Wa barazoo lillaahi jamee’an faqaalad du’afaaa’u lil lazeenas takbarooo innaa kunnaa lakum taba’an fahal antum mughnoona ‘annaa min ‘azaabil laahi min shai’; qaaloo law hadaanal laahu la hadaynaakum sawaaa’un ‘alainaaa ajazi’naa am sabarnaa maa lanaa min mahees (section 3)
22. وَقَالَ الشَّيْطَانُ لَمَّا قُضِيَ الْأَمْرُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ وَعَدَكُمْ وَعْدَ الْحَقِّ وَوَعَدْتُكُمْ فَأَخْلَفْتُكُمْ ۖ وَمَا كَانَ لِيَ عَلَيْكُمْ مِنْ سُلْطَانٍ إِلَّا أَنْ دَعَوْتُكُمْ فَاسْتَجَبْتُمْ لِي ۖ فَلَا تَلُومُونِي وَلُومُوا أَنْفُسَكُمْ ۖ مَا أَنَا بِمُصْرِخِكُمْ وَمَا أَنْتُمْ بِمُصْرِخِيَّ ۖ إِنِّي كَفَرْتُ بِمَا أَشْرَكْتُمُونِ مِنْ قَبْلُ ۗ إِنَّ الظَّالِمِينَ لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ
Wa Qāla Ash-Shayţānu Lammā Quđiya Al-‘Amru ‘Inna Al-Laha Wa`adakum Wa`da Al-Ĥaqqi Wa Wa`adtukum Fa’akhlaftukum Wa Mā Kāna Lī `Alaykum Min Sulţānin ‘Illā ‘An Da`awtukum Fāstajabtum Lī Falā Talūmūnī Wa Lūmū ‘Anfusakum Mā ‘Anā Bimuşrikhikum Wa Mā ‘Antum Bimuşrikhīya ‘Innī Kafartu Bimā ‘Ashraktumūnī Min Qablu ‘Inna Až-Žālimīna Lahum `Adhābun ‘Alīmun
14:22 And the Satan will say when the matter has been decided, “Indeed, Allah had promised you a promise of truth. And I promised you, but I failed you. But I did not have any authority over you except that I invited you, and you responded to me. So do not blame me, but blame yourselves. I can not be your helper and you can not be my helper. Indeed, I deny of what you associated me (with Allah) from before. Indeed, the wrongdoers, for them is a painful punishment.”
22. Wa qaalash Shaitaanu lammaa qudiyal amru innal laaha wa’adakum wa’dal haqqi wa wa’attukum fa akhlaftukum wa maa kaana liya ‘alaikum min sultaanin illaaa an da’awtukum fastajabtum lee falaa taloomoonee wa loomooo anfusakum maaa ana bimusrikhikum wa maaa antum bimusrikhiyya innee kafartu bimaaa ashraktumooni min qabl; innaz zaalimeena lahum azaabun aleem
23. وَأُدْخِلَ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ جَنَّاتٍ تَجْرِي مِنْ تَحْتِهَا الْأَنْهَارُ خَالِدِينَ فِيهَا بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِمْ ۖ تَحِيَّتُهُمْ فِيهَا سَلَامٌ
Wa ‘Udkhila Al-Ladhīna ‘Āmanū Wa `Amilū Aş-Şāliĥāti Jannātin Tajrī Min Taĥtihā Al-‘Anhāru Khālidīna Fīhā Bi’idhni Rabbihim Taĥīyatuhum Fīhā Salāmun
14:23 And those who believed and did righteous deeds will be admitted to Gardens from underneath it/which the rivers flows to stay forever in it by the permission of their Lord; their greetings therein will be peace.

23. Wa udkhilal lazeena aamanoo wa ‘amilus saalihaati Jannaatin tajree min tahtihal anhaaru khaalideena feehaa bi izni Rabbihim tahiyyatuhum feeha salaam
24. أَلَمْ تَرَ كَيْفَ ضَرَبَ اللَّهُ مَثَلًا كَلِمَةً طَيِّبَةً كَشَجَرَةٍ طَيِّبَةٍ أَصْلُهَا ثَابِتٌ وَفَرْعُهَا فِي السَّمَاءِ
‘Alam Tará Kayfa Đaraba Al-Lahu Mathalāan Kalimatan Ţayyibatan Kashajaratin Ţayyibatin ‘Aşluhā Thābitun Wa Far`uhā Fī As-Samā’i
14:24 Do you not see how Allah sets forth/ presents the example; a good word is like a good tree, its root is firm and its branches are in the sky?
24. Alam tara kaifa darabal laahu masalan kalimatan taiyibatan kashajaratin taiyibatin asluhaa saabitunw wa far’uhaa fis samaaa’
25. تُؤْتِي أُكُلَهَا كُلَّ حِينٍ بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهَا ۗ وَيَضْرِبُ اللَّهُ الْأَمْثَالَ لِلنَّاسِ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَتَذَكَّرُونَ
Tu’utī ‘Ukulahā Kulla Ĥīnin Bi’idhni Rabbihā Wa Yađribu Al-Lahu Al-‘Amthāla Lilnnāsi La`allahum Yatadhakkarūna
14:25 giving its fruit all time by the permission of its Lord. And Allah sets forth/ presents the examples for mankind so that they may remember/ mindful.
25. Tu’teee ukulahaa kulla heenim bi izni Rabbihaa; wa yadribul laahul amsaala linnaasi la’allahum yatazak karoon
26. وَمَثَلُ كَلِمَةٍ خَبِيثَةٍ كَشَجَرَةٍ خَبِيثَةٍ اجْتُثَّتْ مِنْ فَوْقِ الْأَرْضِ مَا لَهَا مِنْ قَرَارٍ
Wa Mathalu Kalimatin Khabīthatin Kashajaratin Khabīthatin Ajtuththat Min Fawqi Al-‘Arđi Mā Lahā Min Qarārin
14:26 And the example of an evil word is like an evil tree, uprooted from the surface of the earth, for it there is not any stability.
26. Wa masalu kalimatin khabeesatin kashajaratin khabee satinij tussat min fawqil ardi maa lahaa min qaraar
27. يُثَبِّتُ اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا بِالْقَوْلِ الثَّابِتِ فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَفِي الْآخِرَةِ ۖ وَيُضِلُّ اللَّهُ الظَّالِمِينَ ۚ وَيَفْعَلُ اللَّهُ مَا يَشَاءُ
Yuthabbitu Al-Lahu Al-Ladhīna ‘Āmanū Bil-Qawli Ath-Thābiti Fī Al-Ĥayāati Ad-Dunyā Wa Fī Al-‘Ākhirati Wa Yuđillu Al-Lahu Až-Žālimīna Wa Yaf`alu Al-Lahu Mā Yashā’u
14:27 Allah keeps firm/ gives firmness to/ makes firm those who believe with the firm word, in the life of the world and in the Hereafter. And Allah leaves the wrongdoers to stray. And Allah does what He wills.

27. Yusabbitul laahul lazeena aamanoo bilqawlis saabiti fil hayaatid dunyaa wa fil Aakhirati wa yudillul laahuz zaalimeen; wa yaf’alul laahu maa yashaaa’ (section 4)
28. أَلَمْ تَرَ إِلَى الَّذِينَ بَدَّلُوا نِعْمَتَ اللَّهِ كُفْرًا وَأَحَلُّوا قَوْمَهُمْ دَارَ الْبَوَارِ
‘Alam Tará ‘Ilá Al-Ladhīna Baddalū Ni`mata Al-Lahi Kufrāan Wa ‘Aĥallū Qawmahum Dāra Al-Bawāri
14:28 Have not you seen towards those ˹disbelievers˺ who exchanged the Favor of Allah for disbelief and they led/ settled their people in/to the house of destruction?
28. Alam tara ilal lazeena baddaloo ni’matal laahi kufranw wa ahalloo qawmahum daaral bawaar
29. جَهَنَّمَ يَصْلَوْنَهَا ۖ وَبِئْسَ الْقَرَارُ
Jahannama Yaşlawnahā Wa Bi’sa Al-Qarāru
14:29 Hell, in it they will burn and a wretched/ an evil place to settle.
29. Jahannama yaslawnahaa wa bi’sal qaraar
30. وَجَعَلُوا لِلَّهِ أَنْدَادًا لِيُضِلُّوا عَنْ سَبِيلِهِ ۗ قُلْ تَمَتَّعُوا فَإِنَّ مَصِيرَكُمْ إِلَى النَّارِ
Wa Ja`alū Lillahi ‘Andādāan Liyuđillū `An Sabīlihi Qul Tamatta`ū Fa’inna Maşīrakum ‘Ilá An-Nāri
14:30 And they set up equals to Allah so that they mislead ˹others˺ from His Path. Say, ˹O Prophet,˺ “Enjoy yourselves! but indeed, your destination is the Fire.”
30. Wa ja’aloo lillaahi andaadal liyudilloo ‘an sabeelih; qul tamatta’oo fa innaa maseerakum ilan Naar
31. قُلْ لِعِبَادِيَ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا يُقِيمُوا الصَّلَاةَ وَيُنْفِقُوا مِمَّا رَزَقْنَاهُمْ سِرًّا وَعَلَانِيَةً مِنْ قَبْلِ أَنْ يَأْتِيَ يَوْمٌ لَا بَيْعٌ فِيهِ وَلَا خِلَالٌ
Qul Li`ibādiya Al-Ladhīna ‘Āmanū Yuqīmū Aş-Şalāata Wa Yunfiqū Mimmā Razaqnāhum Sirrāan Wa `Alāniyatan Min Qabli ‘An Ya’tiya Yawmun Lā Bay`un Fīhi Wa Lā Khilālun
14:31 Say/Tell to My servants those who believe to establish the prayers, and to spend from what We have provided them, secretly and publicly/ openly, from before that a Day comes/ arrives in which ˹there will be˺ no trading/ bargaining/ sale/ exchange and no friendship.
31. Qul li’ibaadiyal lazeena aamanoo yuqeemus Salaata wa yunfiqoo mimmaa razaqnaahum sirranw wa ‘alaaniyatam min qabli any yaatiya Yawmul laa bai’un feehi wa laa khilaal
32. اللَّهُ الَّذِي خَلَقَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ وَأَنْزَلَ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ مَاءً فَأَخْرَجَ بِهِ مِنَ الثَّمَرَاتِ رِزْقًا لَكُمْ ۖ وَسَخَّرَ لَكُمُ الْفُلْكَ لِتَجْرِيَ فِي الْبَحْرِ بِأَمْرِهِ ۖ وَسَخَّرَ لَكُمُ الْأَنْهَارَ
Al-Lahu Al-Ladhī Khalaqa As-Samāwāti Wa Al-‘Arđa Wa ‘Anzala Mina As-Samā’i Mā’an Fa’akhraja Bihi Mina Ath-Thamarāti Rizqāan Lakum Wa Sakhkhara Lakumu Al-Fulka Litajriya Fī Al-Baĥri Bi’amrihi Wa Sakhkhara Lakumu Al-‘Anhāra
14:32 Allah—the One Who created the heavens and the earth, and sends down water from the sky, then brought forth from/with it ˹all/some˺ of/from the fruits as a provision for you, and subjected the ships for you, so that they may sail in the sea by His command, and subjected the rivers for you.
32. Allaahul lazee khalaqas samaawaati wal arda wa anzala minas samaaa’i maaa’an faakhraja bihee minas samaraati rizqal lakum wa sakhkhara lakumul fulka litajriya fil bahri bi amrihee wa sakhkhara lakumul anhaar
33. وَسَخَّرَ لَكُمُ الشَّمْسَ وَالْقَمَرَ دَائِبَيْنِ ۖ وَسَخَّرَ لَكُمُ اللَّيْلَ وَالنَّهَارَ
Wa Sakhkhara Lakumu Ash-Shamsa Wa Al-Qamara Dā’ibayni Wa Sakhkhara Lakumu Al-Layla Wa An-Nahār
14:33 And He subjected the sun and the moon for you, both constantly pursuing their courses/ orbiting, and subjectedthe night and the day for you.
33. Wa sakhkhara lakumush shamsa walqamara daaa’ibaini wa sakhkhara lakumul laila wannahaar
34. وَآتَاكُمْ مِنْ كُلِّ مَا سَأَلْتُمُوهُ ۚ وَإِنْ تَعُدُّوا نِعْمَتَ اللَّهِ لَا تُحْصُوهَا ۗ إِنَّ الْإِنْسَانَ لَظَلُومٌ كَفَّارٌ
Wa ‘Ātākum Min Kulli Mā Sa’altumūhu Wa ‘In Ta`uddū Ni`mata Al-Lahi Lā Tuĥşūhā ‘Inna Al-‘Insāna Lažalūmun Kaffārun
14:34 And He gave you all of what you asked Him for. And if you count the Favor of Allah, you will never be able to count them. Indeed, the humankind is surely unjust and ungrateful.
34. Wa aataakum min kulli maa sa altumooh; wa in ta’uddoo ni’matal laahi laa tuhsoohaa; innal insaana lazaloo mun kaffaar (section 5)
35. وَإِذْ قَالَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ رَبِّ اجْعَلْ هَٰذَا الْبَلَدَ آمِنًا وَاجْنُبْنِي وَبَنِيَّ أَنْ نَعْبُدَ الْأَصْنَامَ
Wa ‘Idh Qāla ‘Ibrāhīmu Rabbi Aj`al Hādhā Al-Balada ‘Āmināan Wa Ajnubnī Wa Banīya ‘An Na`buda Al-‘Aşnāma
14:35 And when Abraham said, “My Lord! Make this city ˹of Mecca˺ secure, and keep me and my sons away that/from we worship/worshipping the idols.
35. Wa iz qaala Ibraaheemu Rabbij ‘al haazal balada aaminanw wajnubnee wa baniyya an na’budal asnaam
36. رَبِّ إِنَّهُنَّ أَضْلَلْنَ كَثِيرًا مِنَ النَّاسِ ۖ فَمَنْ تَبِعَنِي فَإِنَّهُ مِنِّي ۖ وَمَنْ عَصَانِي فَإِنَّكَ غَفُورٌ رَحِيمٌ
Rabbi ‘Innahunna ‘Ađlalna Kathīrāan Mina An-Nāsi Faman Tabi`anī Fa’innahu Minnī Wa Man `Aşānī Fa’innaka Ghafūrun Raĥīmun
14:36 My Lord! Indeed, they have led many among the humankind to go astray. So whoever follows me then indeed, he is of me, and whoever disobeys me, then indeed, You ˹Allah˺ are All-Forgiving, Most Merciful.
36. Rabbi innahunna adlalna kaseeram minan naasi faman tabi’anee fa innahoo minnee wa man ‘asaanee fa innaka Ghafoorur Raheem
37. رَبَّنَا إِنِّي أَسْكَنْتُ مِنْ ذُرِّيَّتِي بِوَادٍ غَيْرِ ذِي زَرْعٍ عِنْدَ بَيْتِكَ الْمُحَرَّمِ رَبَّنَا لِيُقِيمُوا الصَّلَاةَ فَاجْعَلْ أَفْئِدَةً مِنَ النَّاسِ تَهْوِي إِلَيْهِمْ وَارْزُقْهُمْ مِنَ الثَّمَرَاتِ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَشْكُرُونَ
Rabbanā ‘Innī ‘Askantu Min Dhurrīyatī Biwādin Ghayri Dhī Zar`in `Inda Baytika Al-Muĥarrami Rabbanā Liyuqīmū Aş-Şalāata Fāj`al ‘Af’idatan Mina An-Nāsi Tahwī ‘Ilayhim Wa Arzuqhum Mina Ath-Thamarāti La`allahum Yashkurūna
14:37 Our Lord! Indeed, I have settled some of/from my offsprings in a valley with/having no cultivation near Your Sacred House, our Lord! so that they may establish the prayers. So make the hearts of the humankind incline towards them, and provide them with the fruits so that they may be grateful.
37. Rabbanaaa inneee askantu min zurriyyatee biwaadin ghairi zee zar’in ‘inda Baitikal Muharrami Rabbanaa liyuqeemus Salaata faj’al af’idatam minan naasi tahweee ilaihim warzuqhum minas samaraati la’allahum yashkuroon
38. رَبَّنَا إِنَّكَ تَعْلَمُ مَا نُخْفِي وَمَا نُعْلِنُ ۗ وَمَا يَخْفَىٰ عَلَى اللَّهِ مِنْ شَيْءٍ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَا فِي السَّمَاءِ
Rabbanā ‘Innaka Ta`lamu Mā Nukhfī Wa Mā Nu`linu Wa Mā Yakhfá `Alá Al-Lahi Min Shay’in Fī Al-‘Arđi Wa Lā Fī As-Samā’i
14:38 Our Lord! Indeed, You know what we conceal and what we proclaim/ reveal. And not is hidden from Allah of anything in the earth and nor in the heaven.
And of no thing is hidden from Allah in the earth and nor in the heaven.
And of not a thing is hidden from Allah in the earth and nor in the heaven.
And of no thing is hidden in the earth and nor in the heaven from Allah.
And of not a thing is hidden in the earth and nor in the heaven from Allah.
38. Rabbanaaa innaka ta’lamu maa nukhfee wa maa nu’lin; wa maa yakhfaa ‘alal laahi min shai’in fil ardi wa laa fis samaaa’
39. الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي وَهَبَ لِي عَلَى الْكِبَرِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ وَإِسْحَاقَ ۚ إِنَّ رَبِّي لَسَمِيعُ الدُّعَاءِ
Al-Ĥamdu Lillahi Al-Ladhī Wahaba Lī `Alá Al-Kibari ‘Ismā`īla Wa ‘Isĥāqa ‘Inna Rabbī Lasamī`u Ad-Du`ā’i
14:39 All the Praise is for Allah, Who has granted me Ishmael and Isaac in the old age. Indeed, my Lord is All-Hearer of the prayer.
39. Alhamdu lillaahil lazee wahaba lee ‘alal kibari Ismaa’eela wa Ishaaq; inna Rabbee lasamee’ud du’aaa
40. رَبِّ اجْعَلْنِي مُقِيمَ الصَّلَاةِ وَمِنْ ذُرِّيَّتِي ۚ رَبَّنَا وَتَقَبَّلْ دُعَاءِ
Rabbi Aj`alnī Muqīma Aş-Şalāati Wa Min Dhurrīyatī Rabbanā Wa Taqabbal Du`ā’i
14:40 My Lord! Make me and from my descendants/ offsprings an establisher of the prayer. Our Lord! and accept my prayer.
40. Rabbij ‘alnee muqeemas Salaati wa min zurriyyatee Rabbanaa wa taqabbal du’aaa’
41. رَبَّنَا اغْفِرْ لِي وَلِوَالِدَيَّ وَلِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ يَوْمَ يَقُومُ الْحِسَابُ
Rabbanā Aghfir Lī Wa Liwālidayya Wa Lilmu’uminīna Yawma Yaqūmu Al-Ĥisābu
14:41 Our Lord! Forgive me and my parents and the believers on the Day the account will be established.“
41. Rabbanagh fir lee wa liwaalidaiya wa lilmu’mineena Yawma yaqoomul hisaab (section 6)
42. وَلَا تَحْسَبَنَّ اللَّهَ غَافِلًا عَمَّا يَعْمَلُ الظَّالِمُونَ ۚ إِنَّمَا يُؤَخِّرُهُمْ لِيَوْمٍ تَشْخَصُ فِيهِ الْأَبْصَارُ
Wa Lā Taĥsabanna Al-Laha Ghāfilāan `Ammā Ya`malu Až-Žālimūna ‘Innamā Yu’uakhkhiruhum Liyawmin Tashkhaşu Fīhi Al-‘Abşāru
14:42 And do not think ˹O Prophet˺ that Allah is unaware of what the wrongdoers do. He only delays them for a Day when the eyes will stare (i.e., in horror) in it.

42. Wa laa tahsabannal laaha ghaafilan ‘ammaa ya’maluz zaalimoon; innamaa yu’akh khiruhum li Yawmin tashkhasu feehil absaar
43. مُهْطِعِينَ مُقْنِعِي رُءُوسِهِمْ لَا يَرْتَدُّ إِلَيْهِمْ طَرْفُهُمْ ۖ وَأَفْئِدَتُهُمْ هَوَاءٌ
Muhţi`īna Muqni`ī Ru’ūsihim Lā Yartaddu ‘Ilayhim Ţarfuhum Wa ‘Af’idatuhum Hawā’un
14:43 Racing ahead, their heads raised up, their gaze/eyes not returning towards them, and their hearts are void.
43. Muhti’eena muqni’ee ru’oosihim laa yartaddu ilaihim tarfuhum wa af’idatuhum hawaaa’
44. وَأَنْذِرِ النَّاسَ يَوْمَ يَأْتِيهِمُ الْعَذَابُ فَيَقُولُ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا رَبَّنَا أَخِّرْنَا إِلَىٰ أَجَلٍ قَرِيبٍ نُجِبْ دَعْوَتَكَ وَنَتَّبِعِ الرُّسُلَ ۗ أَوَلَمْ تَكُونُوا أَقْسَمْتُمْ مِنْ قَبْلُ مَا لَكُمْ مِنْ زَوَالٍ
Wa ‘Andhiri An-Nāsa Yawma Ya’tīhimu Al-`Adhābu Fayaqūlu Al-Ladhīna Žalamū Rabbanā ‘Akhkhirnā ‘Ilá ‘Ajalin Qarībin Nujib Da`wataka Wa Nattabi`i Ar-Rusula ‘Awalam Takūnū ‘Aqsamtum Min Qablu Mā Lakum Min Zawālin
14:44 And warn the humankind of a Day when the punishment will come to them, then those who did wrong will say, “Our Lord! Respite/Delay us for a short term; we will answer Your call and we will follow the Messengers.” ˹It will be said,˺ “Did you ˹disbelievers˺ not swear from before (i.e., in past) that for you there would not be any end?

44. Wa anzirin naasa Yawma yaateehimul ‘azaabu fa yaqoolul lazeena zalamoo Rabbanaaa akhkhirnaaa ilaaa ajalin qareebin nujib da’wataka wa nattabi ‘ir Rusul; awalam takoonooo aqsamtum min qablu maa lakum min zawaal
45. وَسَكَنْتُمْ فِي مَسَاكِنِ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا أَنْفُسَهُمْ وَتَبَيَّنَ لَكُمْ كَيْفَ فَعَلْنَا بِهِمْ وَضَرَبْنَا لَكُمُ الْأَمْثَالَ
Wa Sakantum Fī Masākini Al-Ladhīna Žalamū ‘Anfusahum Wa Tabayyana Lakum Kayfa Fa`alnā Bihim Wa Đarabnā Lakumu Al-‘Amthāla
14:45 And you dwelt/lived in the dwellings/places of those ˹destroyed peoples˺ who wronged themselves, and it had become clear to you how We dealt with them, and We presented for you ˹many˺ examples.“
45. Wa sakantum fee masaakinil lazeena zalamooo anfusahum wa tabaiyana lakum kaifa fa’alnaa bihim wa darabnaa lakumul amsaal
46. وَقَدْ مَكَرُوا مَكْرَهُمْ وَعِنْدَ اللَّهِ مَكْرُهُمْ وَإِنْ كَانَ مَكْرُهُمْ لِتَزُولَ مِنْهُ الْجِبَالُ
Wa Qad Makarū Makrahum Wa `Inda Al-Lahi Makruhum Wa ‘In Kāna Makruhum Litazūla Minhu Al-Jibālu
14:46 And indeed they plotted their plot, but with Allah was their plot, even if their plot was that the mountains should be moved by it.

46. Wa qad makaroo makrahum wa ‘indal laahi makruhum wa in kaana makruhum litazoola minhul jibaal
47. فَلَا تَحْسَبَنَّ اللَّهَ مُخْلِفَ وَعْدِهِ رُسُلَهُ ۗ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزِيزٌ ذُو انْتِقَامٍ
Falā Taĥsabanna Al-Laha Mukhlifa Wa`dihi Rusulahu ‘Inna Al-Laha `Azīzun Dhū Antiqāmin
14:47 So do not think that Allah will fail to keep His Promise to His Messengers. Indeed, Allah is All-Mighty, Owner of Retribution (i.e., punishment and revenge).
47. Falaa tahsabannal laaha mukhlifa wa’dihee Rusulah; innal laaha ‘azeezun zuntiqaam
48. يَوْمَ تُبَدَّلُ الْأَرْضُ غَيْرَ الْأَرْضِ وَالسَّمَاوَاتُ ۖ وَبَرَزُوا لِلَّهِ الْوَاحِدِ الْقَهَّارِ
Yawma Tubaddalu Al-‘Arđu Ghayra Al-‘Arđi Wa As-Samāwātu Wa Barazū Lillahi Al-Wāĥidi Al-Qahhāri
14:48 ˹Watch for the/ It will be on the˺ Day the earth will be changed to another earth, and the heavens ˹as well˺, and they will come forth/ appear before Allah, the One, the Supreme.
48. Yawma tubaddalul ardu ghairal ardi wassamaawaatu wa barazoo lillaahil Waahidil Qahhaar
49. وَتَرَى الْمُجْرِمِينَ يَوْمَئِذٍ مُقَرَّنِينَ فِي الْأَصْفَادِ
Wa Tará Al-Mujrimīna Yawma’idhin Muqarranīna Fī Al-‘Aşfādi
14:49 And you will see the criminals that Day bound together in the chains,
49. Wa taral mujrimeena Yawma ‘izim muqarraneena filasfaad
50. سَرَابِيلُهُمْ مِنْ قَطِرَانٍ وَتَغْشَىٰ وُجُوهَهُمُ النَّارُ
Sarābīluhum Min Qaţirānin Wa Taghshá Wujūhahumu An-Nāru
14:50 Their garments will be of tar, and the fire will cover their faces.
50. Saraabeeluhum min qatiraaninw wa taghshaa wujoohahumun Naar
51. لِيَجْزِيَ اللَّهُ كُلَّ نَفْسٍ مَا كَسَبَتْ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ سَرِيعُ الْحِسَابِ
Liyajziya Al-Lahu Kulla Nafsin Mā Kasabat ‘Inna Al-Laha Sarī`u Al-Ĥisābi
14:51 So that Allah may recompense/ reward each/ every soul for what it has earned. Indeed, Allah is Swift in the reckoning.
51. Liyajziyal laahu kulla nafsim maa kasabat; innal laaha saree’ul hisaab
52. هَٰذَا بَلَاغٌ لِلنَّاسِ وَلِيُنْذَرُوا بِهِ وَلِيَعْلَمُوا أَنَّمَا هُوَ إِلَٰهٌ وَاحِدٌ وَلِيَذَّكَّرَ أُولُو الْأَلْبَابِ
Hādhā Balāghun Lilnnāsi Wa Liyundharū Bihi Wa Liya`lamū ‘Annamā Huwa ‘Ilahun Wāĥidun Wa Liyadhdhakkara ‘Ūlū Al-‘Albābi
14:52 This ˹Quran˺ is a Message for the humankind, so that they may be warned with it, and that they may know that He is only One God. And so that those of understanding may be mindful/ may be reminded.
52. Haaza balaaghul linnaasi wa liyunzaroo bihee wa liya’lamooo annamaa Huwa Illaahunw Waahidunw wa liyaz zakkara ulul albaab (section 7) (End Juz 13)
