1. يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ اتَّقُوا رَبَّكُمْ ۚ إِنَّ زَلْزَلَةَ السَّاعَةِ شَيْءٌ عَظِيمٌ
Yā ‘Ayyuhā An-Nāsu Attaqū Rabbakum Inna Zalzalata As-Sā`ati Shay’un `Ažīmun
22:1  O mankind! Fear your Lord. Indeed, (the) convulsion (of) the Hour (is) a thing great.
1. Yaaa ayyuhan naasuttaqoo Rabbakum; inna zalzalatas Saa’ati shai’un ‘azeem
2. يَوْمَ تَرَوْنَهَا تَذْهَلُ كُلُّ مُرْضِعَةٍ عَمَّا أَرْضَعَتْ وَتَضَعُ كُلُّ ذَاتِ حَمْلٍ حَمْلَهَا وَتَرَى النَّاسَ سُكَارَىٰ وَمَا هُمْ بِسُكَارَىٰ وَلَٰكِنَّ عَذَابَ اللَّهِ شَدِيدٌ
Yawma Tarawnahā Tadh/halu Kullu Murđi`atin `Ammā ‘Arđa`at Wa Tađa`u Kullu Dhāti Ĥamlin Ĥamlahā Wa Tará An-Nāsa Sukārá Wa Mā Hum Bisukārá Wa Lakinna `Adhāba Al-Lahi Shadīdun
22:2  (The) Day you will see it, will forget every nursing mother that which she was nursing, and will deliver every full woman (pregnant) her load, and you will see [the] mankind intoxicated, while not they (are) intoxicated; but (the) punishment (of) Allah (will be) severe.
2. Yawma tarawnahaa tazhalu kullu murdi’atin ‘ammaaa arda’at wa tada’u kullu zaati hamlin hamlahaa wa tarannaasa sukaaraa wa  maa hum bisukaaraa wa lakinna ‘azaabal laahi shadeed
3. وَمِنَ النَّاسِ مَنْ يُجَادِلُ فِي اللَّهِ بِغَيْرِ عِلْمٍ وَيَتَّبِعُ كُلَّ شَيْطَانٍ مَرِيدٍ
Wa Mina An-Nāsi Man Yujādilu Fī Al-LahBighayri `Ilmin Wa Yattabi`u Kulla Shayţānin Marīdin
22:3  And among the mankind (is he) who disputes concerning Allah without knowledge and follows every devil rebellious.
3. Wa minan naasi mai yujaadilu fil laahi bighairi ‘ilminw wa yattabi’u kullaa shaitaanim mareed
4. كُتِبَ عَلَيْهِ أَنَّهُ مَنْ تَوَلَّاهُ فَأَنَّهُ يُضِلُّهُ وَيَهْدِيهِ إِلَىٰ عَذَابِ السَّعِيرِ
Kutiba `Alayhi Annahu Man Tawallāhu Fa’annahu Yuđilluhu Wa Yahdīhi ‘Ilá `Adhābi As-Sa`īri
22:4  It has been decreed for him that he who befriends him, then indeed, he will misguide him and will guide him to (the) punishment (of) the Blaze.
4. Kutiba ‘alaihi annahoo man tawallaahu fa annahoo yudilluhoo wa yahdeehi ilaa ‘azaabis sa’eer
5. يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ فِي رَيْبٍ مِنَ الْبَعْثِ فَإِنَّا خَلَقْنَاكُمْ مِنْ تُرَابٍ ثُمَّ مِنْ نُطْفَةٍ ثُمَّ مِنْ عَلَقَةٍ ثُمَّ مِنْ مُضْغَةٍ مُخَلَّقَةٍ وَغَيْرِ مُخَلَّقَةٍ لِنُبَيِّنَ لَكُمْ ۚ وَنُقِرُّ فِي الْأَرْحَامِ مَا نَشَاءُ إِلَىٰ أَجَلٍ مُسَمًّى ثُمَّ نُخْرِجُكُمْ طِفْلًا ثُمَّ لِتَبْلُغُوا أَشُدَّكُمْ ۖ وَمِنْكُمْ مَنْ يُتَوَفَّىٰ وَمِنْكُمْ مَنْ يُرَدُّ إِلَىٰ أَرْذَلِ الْعُمُرِ لِكَيْلَا يَعْلَمَ مِنْ بَعْدِ عِلْمٍ شَيْئًا ۚ وَتَرَى الْأَرْضَ هَامِدَةً فَإِذَا أَنْزَلْنَا عَلَيْهَا الْمَاءَ اهْتَزَّتْ وَرَبَتْ وَأَنْبَتَتْ مِنْ كُلِّ زَوْجٍ بَهِيجٍ
Yā ‘Ayyuhā An-NāsuIn Kuntum Raybin Mina Al-Ba`thi Fa’innā Khalaqnākum Min Turābin Thumma Min Nuţfatin Thumma Min `Alaqatin Thumma Min Muđghatin Mukhallaqatin Wa Ghayri Mukhallaqatin Linubayyina Lakum Wa Nuqirru Fī Al-‘Arĥāmi Nashā’uIlá Ajalin Musammáan Thumma Nukhrijukum Ţiflāan Thumma Litablughū Ashuddakum Wa Minkum Man Yutawaffá Wa Minkum Man Yuraddu Ilá Ardhali Al-`Umuri Likaylā Ya`lama Min Ba`di `Ilmin Shay’āan Wa Tará Al-‘Arđa Hāmidatan Fa’idhā ‘Anzalnā `Alayhā Al-Mā’a Ahtazzat Wa Rabat Wa ‘Anbatat Min Kulli Zawjin Bahījin
22:5  O mankind! If you are in doubt about the Resurrection, then indeed, We We created you from dust, then from a semen-drop then from a clinging substance then from an embryonic lump, formed and without form, that We may make clear to you. And We cause to remain in the wombs what We will for a term appointed, then We bring you out (as) a child, [then] that you may reach [your] maturity. And among you (is he) who dies, and among you (is he) who is returned to the most abject age, so that not he knows, from after having known, anything. And you see the earth barren then when We send down on it water, it gets stirred and it swells and grows of every kind beautiful.
5. Yaaa ayyuhan naasu in kuntum fee raibin minal ba’thi fa innaa khalaqnaakum min turaabin thumma min nutfatin thumma min ‘alaqatin thumma min mudghatin mukhallaqatinw wa ghairi mukhallaqatin linubaiyina lakum; wa nuqirru fil arhaami maa nashaaa’u ilaaa ajalin musamman thumma nukhrijukum tiflan thumma litablughooo ashuddakum wa minkum mai yutawaffa wa minkum mai yuraddu ilaaa arzalil ‘umuri likailaa ya’lama min ba’di ‘ilmin shai’aa; wa taral arda haamidatan fa izaaa anzalnaa ‘alaihal maaa’ah tazzat wa rabat wa ambatat min kulli zawjin baheej
6. ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّ اللَّهَ هُوَ الْحَقُّ وَأَنَّهُ يُحْيِي الْمَوْتَىٰ وَأَنَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ
Dhālika Bi’anna Al-Laha Huwa Al-Ĥaqqu Wa ‘Annahu Yuĥyī Al-Mawtá Wa ‘Annahu `Alá Kulli Shay’in Qadīrun
22:6  That (is) because, AllahHe (is) the Truth. And that He [He] gives life (to) the dead, and that He (is) over every thing All-Powerful.
6. Zaalika bi annal laaha Huwal haqqu wa annahoo yuhyil mawtaa wa annahoo ‘alaakulli shai’in Qadeer
7. وَأَنَّ السَّاعَةَ آتِيَةٌ لَا رَيْبَ فِيهَا وَأَنَّ اللَّهَ يَبْعَثُ مَنْ فِي الْقُبُورِ
Wa ‘Anna As-Sā`ataĀtiyatun  Rayba Fīhā Wa ‘Anna Al-Laha Yab`athu Man Fī Al-Qubūri
22:7  And that the Hour will come, (there is) no doubt about it, and that Allah will resurrect (those) who (are) in the graves.
7. Wa annas Saa’ata aatiya tul laa raiba feeha wa annal laaha yab’asuman fil quboor
8. وَمِنَ النَّاسِ مَنْ يُجَادِلُ فِي اللَّهِ بِغَيْرِ عِلْمٍ وَلَا هُدًى وَلَا كِتَابٍ مُنِيرٍ
Wa Mina An-Nāsi Man Yujādilu Fī Al-Lahi Bighayri `Ilmin Wa Lā Hudáan Wa Lā Kitābin Munīrin
22:8  And among mankind (is he) who disputes concerning Allah without any knowledge and not any guidance and not a Book enlightening,
8. Wa minan naasi mai yujaadilu fil laahi bighairi ‘ilminw wa laa hudanw wa laa Kitaabim Muneer
9. ثَانِيَ عِطْفِهِ لِيُضِلَّ عَنْ سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ ۖ لَهُ فِي الدُّنْيَا خِزْيٌ ۖ وَنُذِيقُهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ عَذَابَ الْحَرِيقِ
Thāniya `Iţfihi Liyuđilla `An Sabīli Al-Lahi Lahu  Ad-Dunyā Khizyun Wa Nudhīquhu Yawma Al-Qiyāmati `Adhāba Al-Ĥarīqi
22:9  Twisting his neck to mislead from (the) way (of) Allah. For him in the world (is) disgrace, and We will make him taste (on the) Day (of) Resurrection (the) punishment (of) the Burning Fire.
9. Saaniya ‘itfihee liyudilla ‘an sabeelil laahi lahoo fiddun yaa khizyunw wa nuzeequhoo Yawmal Qiyaamati ‘azaabal lhareeq
10. ذَٰلِكَ بِمَا قَدَّمَتْ يَدَاكَ وَأَنَّ اللَّهَ لَيْسَ بِظَلَّامٍ لِلْعَبِيدِ
Dhālika Bimā Qaddamat Yadāka Wa ‘Anna Al-Laha Laysa Bižallāmin Lil`abīdi
22:10  That (is) for what have sent forth your hands, and that Allah is not unjust to His slaves.
10. Zaalika bimaa qaddamat yadaaka wa annal laaha laisa bizallaamil lil’abeed (section 1)
11. وَمِنَ النَّاسِ مَنْ يَعْبُدُ اللَّهَ عَلَىٰ حَرْفٍ ۖ فَإِنْ أَصَابَهُ خَيْرٌ اطْمَأَنَّ بِهِ ۖ وَإِنْ أَصَابَتْهُ فِتْنَةٌ انْقَلَبَ عَلَىٰ وَجْهِهِ خَسِرَ الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةَ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ هُوَ الْخُسْرَانُ الْمُبِينُ
Wa Mina An-Nāsi Man Ya`budu Al-Laha `Alá Ĥarfin Fa’inAşābahu Khayrun Aţma’anna Bihi Wa ‘In ‘Aşābat/hu Fitnatun Anqalaba `Alá Wajhihi Khasira Ad-Dunyā Wa Al-‘Ākhirata Dhālika Huwa Al-Khusrānu Al-Mubīnu
22:11  And among the mankind (is he) who worships Allah on an edge. And if befalls him good, he is content with it, and if befalls him a trial he turns on his face. He has lost the world and the Hereafter.That [it] (is) the loss clear.
11. Wa minan naasi mai ya’budul laaha ‘alaa harfin fa in asaabahoo khairunit maanna bihee wa in asaabat hu fitnatunin qalaba ‘alaa wajhihee khasirad dunyaa wal aakhirah; zaalika huwal khusraanul mubeen
12. يَدْعُو مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ مَا لَا يَضُرُّهُ وَمَا لَا يَنْفَعُهُ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ هُوَ الضَّلَالُ الْبَعِيدُ
Yad`ū Min Dūni Al-Lahi Yađurruhu Wa Mā Yanfa`uhu Dhālika Huwa Ađ-Đalālu Al-Ba`īdu
22:12  He calls from besides Allah what not harms him and what not benefits him. That [it] (is) the straying far away.
12. Yad’oo min doonil laahi maa laa yadurruhoo wa maa laa yanfa’uh’ zaalika huwad dalaalul ba’ed
13. يَدْعُو لَمَنْ ضَرُّهُ أَقْرَبُ مِنْ نَفْعِهِ ۚ لَبِئْسَ الْمَوْلَىٰ وَلَبِئْسَ الْعَشِيرُ
Yad`ū Laman Đarruhu Aqrabu Min Naf`ihi Labi’sa Al-Mawlá Wa Labi’sa Al-`Ashīru
22:13  He calls (one) who his harm (is) closer than his benefit. Surely, an evil protector and surely an evil friend!
13. Yad’oo laman darruhooo aqrabu min naf’ih; labi’salmawlaa wa labi’sal ‘asheer
14. إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُدْخِلُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ جَنَّاتٍ تَجْرِي مِنْ تَحْتِهَا الْأَنْهَارُ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ يَفْعَلُ مَا يُرِيدُ
Inna Al-Laha Yudkhilu Al-LadhīnaĀmanū Wa `Amilū Aş-Şāliĥāti Jannātin Tajrī Min Taĥtihā Al-‘Anhāru Inna Al-Laha Yaf`alu Yurīdu
22:14  Indeed, Allah will admit those who believe and do the righteous deeds (to) Gardens flow from underneath it the rivers. Indeed, Allah does what He intends
14. Innal laaha yudkhilul lazeena aamanoo wa ‘amilus saalihaati jannaatin tajree min tahtihal anhaar; innal laaha yaf’alu maa yureed
15. مَنْ كَانَ يَظُنُّ أَنْ لَنْ يَنْصُرَهُ اللَّهُ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ فَلْيَمْدُدْ بِسَبَبٍ إِلَى السَّمَاءِ ثُمَّ لْيَقْطَعْ فَلْيَنْظُرْ هَلْ يُذْهِبَنَّ كَيْدُهُ مَا يَغِيظُ
Man Kāna Yažunnu An Lan Yanşurahu Al-Lahu Fī Ad-Dunyā Wa Al-‘Ākhirati Falyamdud Bisababin Ilá As-Samā’i Thumma Liyaqţa` Falyanžur Hal Yudh/hibanna Kayduhu Yaghīžu
22:15  Whoever [is] thinks that not will help him Allah in the world and the Hereafter, then let him extend a rope to the sky, then let him cut off, then let him see whether will remove his plan what enrages.
15. Man kaana yazunnu allai yansurahul laahu fid dunyaa wal aakhirati fal yamdud bisababin ilas samaaa’i summal yaqta’ falyanzur hal yuzhibanna kaiduhoo maa yagheez
16. وَكَذَٰلِكَ أَنْزَلْنَاهُ آيَاتٍ بَيِّنَاتٍ وَأَنَّ اللَّهَ يَهْدِي مَنْ يُرِيدُ
Wa KadhalikaAnzalnāhu Āyātin Bayyinātin Wa ‘Anna Al-Laha Yahdī Man Yurīdu
22:16  And thus We sent it down (as) Verses clear, and that Allah guides whom He intends.
16. Wa kazaalika anzalnaahu aayaatim baiyinaatinw wa annal laaha yahdee mai yureed
17. إِنَّ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَالَّذِينَ هَادُوا وَالصَّابِئِينَ وَالنَّصَارَىٰ وَالْمَجُوسَ وَالَّذِينَ أَشْرَكُوا إِنَّ اللَّهَ يَفْصِلُ بَيْنَهُمْ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ شَهِيدٌ
Inna Al-Ladhīna Āmanū Wa Al-Ladhīna Hādū Wa Aş-Şābi’īna Wa An-Naşārá Wa Al-Majūsa Wa Al-Ladhīna Ashrakū Inna Al-Laha Yafşilu Baynahum Yawma Al-Qiyāmati Inna Al-Laha `Alá Kulli Shay’in Shahīdun
22:17  Indeed, those who have believed, and those who were Jews and the Sabians and the Christians and the Magians, and those who (are) polytheists indeed, Allah will judge between them (on) the Day (of) the Resurrection. Indeed, Allah over every thing (is) a Witness.
17. Innal lazeena aamanoo wallazeena haadoo was saabi’eena wan nasaaraa wal Majoosa wallazeena ashrakooo innal laaha yafsilu bainahum yawmal qiyaamah; innal laaha ‘alaa kulli shai’in shaheed
18. أَلَمْ تَرَ أَنَّ اللَّهَ يَسْجُدُ لَهُ مَنْ فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَنْ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَالشَّمْسُ وَالْقَمَرُ وَالنُّجُومُ وَالْجِبَالُ وَالشَّجَرُ وَالدَّوَابُّ وَكَثِيرٌ مِنَ النَّاسِ ۖ وَكَثِيرٌ حَقَّ عَلَيْهِ الْعَذَابُ ۗ وَمَنْ يُهِنِ اللَّهُ فَمَا لَهُ مِنْ مُكْرِمٍ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ يَفْعَلُ مَا يَشَاءُ ۩
Alam Tará ‘Anna Al-Laha Yasjudu Lahu Man Fī As-Samāwāti Wa Man Fī Al-‘Arđi Wa Ash-Shamsu Wa Al-Qamaru Wa An-Nujūmu Wa Al-Jibālu Wa Ash-Shajaru Wa Ad-Dawābbu Wa Kathīrun Mina An-Nāsi Wa Kathīrun Ĥaqqa `Alayhi Al-`Adhābu Wa Man Yuhini Al-Lahu Famā Lahu Min Mukrimin Inna Al-Laha Yaf`alu Yashā’u
22:18  Do not you see that Allah prostrates to Him whoever (is) in the heavens and whoever (is) in the earth, and the sun and the moon and the stars and the mountains, and the trees and the moving creatures and many of the people? But many – (is) justly due on him the punishment. And whoever humiliates Allah then not for him any bestower of honor. Indeed, Allah does what He wills
18. Alam tara annal laaha yasjudu lahoo man fis samaawaati wa man fil ardi wash shamsu walqamaru wan nu joomu wal jibaalu wash shajaru wad dawaaabbu wa kaseerum minan naasi wa kaseerun haqqa ‘alaihil ‘azaab; wa mai yuhinil laahu famaa lahoo mim mukrim; innallaaha yaf’alu maa yashaaa (make sajda)
19. هَٰذَانِ خَصْمَانِ اخْتَصَمُوا فِي رَبِّهِمْ ۖ فَالَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا قُطِّعَتْ لَهُمْ ثِيَابٌ مِنْ نَارٍ يُصَبُّ مِنْ فَوْقِ رُءُوسِهِمُ الْحَمِيمُ
Hadhāni Khaşmāni Akhtaşamū Rabbihim Fa-Al-Ladhīna Kafarū Quţţi`at Lahum Thiyābun Min Nārin Yuşabbu Min Fawqi Ru’ūsihimu Al-Ĥamīmu
22:19  These two opponents dispute concerning their Lord. But those who disbelieved will be cut out for them garments of fire. Will be poured from over their heads [the] scalding water.
19. Haazaani khasmaanikh tasamoo fee Rabbihim fal lazeena kafaroo qutti’at lahum siyaabum min naar; yusabbu min fawqi ru’oosihimul hameem
20. يُصْهَرُ بِهِ مَا فِي بُطُونِهِمْ وَالْجُلُودُ
Yuşharu Bihi Buţūnihim Wa Al-Julūdu
22:20  Will be melted with it what (is) in their bellies and the skins.
20. Yusharu bihee maa fee butoonihim waljulood
21. وَلَهُمْ مَقَامِعُ مِنْ حَدِيدٍ
Wa Lahum Maqāmi`u Min Ĥadīdin
22:21  And for them (are) hooked rods of iron.
21. Wa lahum maqaami’u min hadeed
22. كُلَّمَا أَرَادُوا أَنْ يَخْرُجُوا مِنْهَا مِنْ غَمٍّ أُعِيدُوا فِيهَا وَذُوقُوا عَذَابَ الْحَرِيقِ
Kullamā Arādū An Yakhrujū Minhā Min Ghammin ‘U`īdū Fīhā Wa Dhūqū `Adhāba Al-Ĥarīqi
22:22  Every time they want to come out from it from anguish, they will be returned therein, “Taste (the) punishment (of) the Burning Fire!”
22. Kullamaa araadooo any yakhrujoo minhaa min ghammin u’eedoo feeha wa zooqoo ‘azaabal hareeq (section 2)
23. إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُدْخِلُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ جَنَّاتٍ تَجْرِي مِنْ تَحْتِهَا الْأَنْهَارُ يُحَلَّوْنَ فِيهَا مِنْ أَسَاوِرَ مِنْ ذَهَبٍ وَلُؤْلُؤًا ۖ وَلِبَاسُهُمْ فِيهَا حَرِيرٌ
Inna Al-Laha Yudkhilu Al-LadhīnaĀmanū Wa `Amilū Aş-Şāliĥāti Jannātin Tajrī Min Taĥtihā Al-‘Anhāru Yuĥallawna Fīhā Min Asāwira Min Dhahabin Wa Lu’ulu’uāan Wa Libāsuhum Fīhā Ĥarīrun
22:23  Indeed, Allah will admit those who believe and do the righteous deeds, (to) Gardens flow from underneath it the rivers. They will be adorned therein with bracelets of gold and pearl, and their garments therein (will be of) silk.
23. Innal laaha yudkhilul lazeena aamanoo wa ‘amilus saalihaati jannaatin tajree min tahtihal anhaaru yuhallawna feehaa min asaawira min zahabinw wa lu’lu’aa; wa libaasuhum feehaa hareer
24. وَهُدُوا إِلَى الطَّيِّبِ مِنَ الْقَوْلِ وَهُدُوا إِلَىٰ صِرَاطِ الْحَمِيدِ
Wa Hudū ‘Ilá Aţ-Ţayyibi Mina Al-Qawli Wa Hudū ‘Ilá Şirāţi Al-Ĥamīdi
22:24  And they were guided to the good of the speech, and they were guided to (the) path (of) the Praiseworthy.
24. Wa hudooo ilat taiyibi minal qawli wa hudooo ilaaa siraatil hameed
25. إِنَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا وَيَصُدُّونَ عَنْ سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ وَالْمَسْجِدِ الْحَرَامِ الَّذِي جَعَلْنَاهُ لِلنَّاسِ سَوَاءً الْعَاكِفُ فِيهِ وَالْبَادِ ۚ وَمَنْ يُرِدْ فِيهِ بِإِلْحَادٍ بِظُلْمٍ نُذِقْهُ مِنْ عَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ
Inna Al-Ladhīna Kafarū Wa Yaşuddūna `An Sabīli Al-Lahi Wa Al-Masjidi Al-Ĥarāmi Al-Ladhī Ja`alnāhu Lilnnāsi Sawā’an Al-`Ākifu Fīhi Wa Al-Bādi Wa Man Yurid Fīhi Bi’ilĥādin Bižulmin Nudhiqhu Min `Adhābin Alīmin
22:25  Indeed, those who disbelieved and hinder from (the) way (of) Allah and Al-Masjid Al-Haraam, which We made it for the mankind, equal, (are) the resident therein and the visitor; and whoever intends therein of deviation (or) wrongdoing, We will make him taste of a punishment painful.
25. Innal lazeena kafaroo wa yasuddoona ‘an sabeelil laahi wal Masjidil Haraamil lazee ja’alnaahu linnaasi sawaaa’anil ‘aakifu feehi walbaad; wa mai yurid feehi bi ilhaadim bizulmin nuziqhu min ‘azaabin aleem (section 3)
26. وَإِذْ بَوَّأْنَا لِإِبْرَاهِيمَ مَكَانَ الْبَيْتِ أَنْ لَا تُشْرِكْ بِي شَيْئًا وَطَهِّرْ بَيْتِيَ لِلطَّائِفِينَ وَالْقَائِمِينَ وَالرُّكَّعِ السُّجُودِ
Wa ‘Idh Bawwa’nā Li’ibrāhīma Makāna Al-BaytiAn  Tushrik Bī Shay’āan Wa Ţahhir Baytiya Lilţţā’ifīna Wa Al-Qā’imīna Wa Ar-Rukka`i As-Sujūdi
22:26  And when We assigned to Ibrahim (the) site (of) the House,That (do) not associate with Me anything and purify My House for those who circumambulate and those who stand and those who bow, (and) those who prostrate.
26. Wa iz bawwaanaa li Ibraaheema makaanal Baiti allaa tushrik bee shai’anw wa tahhir Baitiya litaaa’ifeena walqaaa’ imeena warrukka ‘is sujood
27. وَأَذِّنْ فِي النَّاسِ بِالْحَجِّ يَأْتُوكَ رِجَالًا وَعَلَىٰ كُلِّ ضَامِرٍ يَأْتِينَ مِنْ كُلِّ فَجٍّ عَمِيقٍ
Wa ‘Adhdhin Fī An-Nāsi Bil-Ĥajji Ya’tūka Rijālāan Wa `Alá Kulli Đāmirin Ya’tīna Min Kulli Fajjin `Amīqin
22:27  And proclaim to [the] mankind [of] the Pilgrimage; they will come to you (on) foot and on every lean camel; they will come from every mountain highway distant.
27. Wa azzin fin naasi bil Hajji yaatooka rijaalanw wa ‘alaa kulli daamiriny yaateena min kulli fajjin ‘ameeq
28. لِيَشْهَدُوا مَنَافِعَ لَهُمْ وَيَذْكُرُوا اسْمَ اللَّهِ فِي أَيَّامٍ مَعْلُومَاتٍ عَلَىٰ مَا رَزَقَهُمْ مِنْ بَهِيمَةِ الْأَنْعَامِ ۖ فَكُلُوا مِنْهَا وَأَطْعِمُوا الْبَائِسَ الْفَقِيرَ
Liyash/hadū Manāfi`a Lahum Wa Yadhkurū Asma Al-Lahi Fī Ayyāmin Ma`lūmātin `Alá Razaqahum Min Bahīmati Al-‘An`ām Fakulū Minhā Wa ‘Aţ`imū Al-Bā’isa Al-Faqīra
22:28  That they may witness benefits for them, and mention (the) name (of) Allah on days known over what He has provided them of (the) beast (of) cattle. So eat of them and feed the miserable, the poor.
28. Li yashhadoo manaafi’a lahum wa yazkurus mal laahi feee ayyaamimma’loomaatin ‘alaa maa razaqahum mim baheematil an’aami fakuloo minhaa wa at’imul baaa’isal faqeer
29. ثُمَّ لْيَقْضُوا تَفَثَهُمْ وَلْيُوفُوا نُذُورَهُمْ وَلْيَطَّوَّفُوا بِالْبَيْتِ الْعَتِيقِ
Thumma Liyaqđū Tafathahum Wa Līūfū Nudhūrahum Wa Līaţţawwafū Bil-Bayti Al-`Atīqi
22:29  Then let them end their prescribed duties and fulfil their vows, and circumambulate the House [the] Ancient.”
29. Summal yaqdoo tafasahum wal yoofoo nuzoorahum wal yattawwafoo bil Baitil ‘Ateeq
30. ذَٰلِكَ وَمَنْ يُعَظِّمْ حُرُمَاتِ اللَّهِ فَهُوَ خَيْرٌ لَهُ عِنْدَ رَبِّهِ ۗ وَأُحِلَّتْ لَكُمُ الْأَنْعَامُ إِلَّا مَا يُتْلَىٰ عَلَيْكُمْ ۖ فَاجْتَنِبُوا الرِّجْسَ مِنَ الْأَوْثَانِ وَاجْتَنِبُوا قَوْلَ الزُّورِ
Dhālika Wa Man Yu`ažžim Ĥurumāti Al-Lahi Fahuwa Khayrun Lahu `Inda Rabbihi Wa ‘Uĥillat Lakumu Al-‘An`āmIllā Yutlá `Alaykum Fājtanibū Ar-Rijsa Mina Al-‘Awthāni Wa Ajtanibū Qawla Az-Zūri
22:30  That and whoever honors (the) sacred rites (of) Allah, then it (is) best for him near his Lord. And are made lawful to you the cattle except what is recited to you. So avoid the abomination of the idols and avoid (the) word false.
30. Zaalika wa mai yu’azzim hurumaatil laahi fahuwa khairul lahoo ‘inda Rabbih; wa uhillat lakumul an’aamu illaa maa yutlaa ‘alaikum fajtanibur rijsa minal awsaani wajtaniboo qawlaz zoor
31. حُنَفَاءَ لِلَّهِ غَيْرَ مُشْرِكِينَ بِهِ ۚ وَمَنْ يُشْرِكْ بِاللَّهِ فَكَأَنَّمَا خَرَّ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ فَتَخْطَفُهُ الطَّيْرُ أَوْ تَهْوِي بِهِ الرِّيحُ فِي مَكَانٍ سَحِيقٍ
Ĥunafā’a Lillahi Ghayra Mushrikīna Bihi Wa Man Yushrik Bil-Lahi Faka’annamā Kharra Mina As-Samā’i Fatakhţafuhu Aţ-ŢayruAw Tahwī Bihi Ar-Rīĥu Makānin Saĥīqin
22:31  Being upright to Allah, not associating partners with Him. And whoever associates partners with Allah then (it is) as though he had fallen from the sky and (had) snatched him the birds, or had blown him the wind to a place far off.
31. Hunafaaa’a lillaahi ghaira mushrikeena bih; wa mai yushrik billaahi faka annamaa kharra minas samaaa’i fatakh tafuhut tairu aw tahwee bihir reehu bee makaanin saheeq
32. ذَٰلِكَ وَمَنْ يُعَظِّمْ شَعَائِرَ اللَّهِ فَإِنَّهَا مِنْ تَقْوَى الْقُلُوبِ
Dhālika Wa Man Yu`ažžim Sha`ā’ira Al-Lahi Fa’innahā Min Taqwá Al-Qulūbi
22:32  That, and whoever honors (the) Symbols (of) Allah then indeed, it (is) from (the) piety (of) the hearts.
32. Zaalika wa mai yu’azzim sha’aaa’iral laahi fa innahaa min taqwal quloob
33. لَكُمْ فِيهَا مَنَافِعُ إِلَىٰ أَجَلٍ مُسَمًّى ثُمَّ مَحِلُّهَا إِلَى الْبَيْتِ الْعَتِيقِ
Lakum Fīhā Manāfi`uIlá Ajalin Musammáan Thumma Maĥilluhā Ilá Al-Bayti Al-`Atīqi
22:33  For you therein (are) benefits for a term appointed; then their place of sacrifice (is) at the House the Ancient.
33. Lakum feehaa manaafi’u ilaaa ajalim musamman summa mahilluhaaa ilal Baitil ‘Ateeq (section 4)
34. وَلِكُلِّ أُمَّةٍ جَعَلْنَا مَنْسَكًا لِيَذْكُرُوا اسْمَ اللَّهِ عَلَىٰ مَا رَزَقَهُمْ مِنْ بَهِيمَةِ الْأَنْعَامِ ۗ فَإِلَٰهُكُمْ إِلَٰهٌ وَاحِدٌ فَلَهُ أَسْلِمُوا ۗ وَبَشِّرِ الْمُخْبِتِينَ
Wa LikulliUmmatin Ja`alnā Mansakāan Liyadhkurū Asma Al-Lahi `Alá Razaqahum Min Bahīmati Al-‘An`āmi Fa’ilahukumIlahun Wāĥidun Falahu ‘Aslimū Wa Bashshiri Al-Mukhbitīna
22:34  And for every nation We have appointed a rite, that they may mention (the) name (of) Allah over what He (has) provided them of (the) beast (of) cattle. And your God (is) God One, so to Him submit. And give glad tidings (to) the humble ones.
34. Wa likulli ummatin ja’alnaa mansakal liyazkurus mal laahi ‘alaa maa razaqahum mim baheematil an’aam; failaahukum ilaahunw Waahidun falahooo aslimoo; wa bashshiril mukhbiteen
35. الَّذِينَ إِذَا ذُكِرَ اللَّهُ وَجِلَتْ قُلُوبُهُمْ وَالصَّابِرِينَ عَلَىٰ مَا أَصَابَهُمْ وَالْمُقِيمِي الصَّلَاةِ وَمِمَّا رَزَقْنَاهُمْ يُنْفِقُونَ
Al-LadhīnaIdhā Dhukira Al-Lahu Wajilat Qulūbuhum Wa Aş-Şābirīna `Alá Mā Aşābahum Wa Al-Muqīmī Aş-Şalāati Wa Mimmā Razaqnāhum Yunfiqūna
22:35  Those when is mentioned Allah fear their hearts, and those who are patient over whatever has afflicted them, and those who establish the prayer, and out of what We have provided them they spend.
35. Allazeena izaa zukiral laahu wajilat quloobuhum wassaabireena ‘alaa maaa asaabahum walmuqeemis Salaati wa mimmaa razaqnaahum yunfiqoon
36. وَالْبُدْنَ جَعَلْنَاهَا لَكُمْ مِنْ شَعَائِرِ اللَّهِ لَكُمْ فِيهَا خَيْرٌ ۖ فَاذْكُرُوا اسْمَ اللَّهِ عَلَيْهَا صَوَافَّ ۖ فَإِذَا وَجَبَتْ جُنُوبُهَا فَكُلُوا مِنْهَا وَأَطْعِمُوا الْقَانِعَ وَالْمُعْتَرَّ ۚ كَذَٰلِكَ سَخَّرْنَاهَا لَكُمْ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَشْكُرُونَ
Wa Al-Budna Ja`alnāhā Lakum Min Sha`ā’iri Al-Lahi Lakum Fīhā Khayrun Fādhkurū Asma Al-Lahi `Alayhā Şawāffa Fa’idhā Wajabat Junūbuhā Fakulū Minhā Wa ‘Aţ`imū Al-Qāni`a Wa Al-Mu`tarra Kadhālika Sakhkharnāhā Lakum La`allakum Tashkurūna
22:36  And the camels and cattleWe have made them for you among (the) Symbols (of) Allah, for you therein (is) good. So mention (the) name (of) Allah over them (when) lined up; and when are down their sides, then eat from them and feed the needy who do not ask and the needy who ask. Thus We have subjected them to you so that you may be grateful.
36. Walbudna ja’alnaahaa lakum min sha’aaa’iril laahi lakum feehaa khairun fazkurusmal laahi ‘alaihaa sawaaff; fa izaa wajabat junoobuhaa fakuloo minhaa wa at’imul qaani’a walmu’tarr; kazaalika sakhkharnaahaa lakum la’allakum tashkuroon
37. لَنْ يَنَالَ اللَّهَ لُحُومُهَا وَلَا دِمَاؤُهَا وَلَٰكِنْ يَنَالُهُ التَّقْوَىٰ مِنْكُمْ ۚ كَذَٰلِكَ سَخَّرَهَا لَكُمْ لِتُكَبِّرُوا اللَّهَ عَلَىٰ مَا هَدَاكُمْ ۗ وَبَشِّرِ الْمُحْسِنِينَ
Lan Yanāla Al-Laha Luĥūmuhā Wa Lā Dimā’uuhā Wa Lakin Yanāluhu At-Taqwá Minkum Kadhālika Sakhkharahā Lakum Litukabbirū Al-Laha `Alá Hadākum Wa Bashshiri Al-Muĥsinīna
22:37  Will not reach Allah their meat and not their blood but reaches Him the piety from you. Thus He subjected them to you so that you may magnify Allah for what He has guided you. And give glad tidings (to) the good-doers.
37. Lany yanaalal laaha luhoo muhaa wa laa dimaaa’uhaa wa laakiny yanaaluhut taqwaa minkum; kazaalika sakhkharhaa lakum litukabbirul laaha ‘alaa ma hadaakum; wa bashshirul muhsineen
38. إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُدَافِعُ عَنِ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا ۗ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ كُلَّ خَوَّانٍ كَفُورٍ
Inna Al-Laha Yudāfi`u `Ani Al-LadhīnaĀmanū Inna Al-Laha Yuĥibbu Kulla Khawwānin Kafūrin
22:38  Indeed, Allah defends (from) those who believe. Indeed, Allah (does) not like every treacherous ungrateful.
38. Innal laaha yudaafi’ ‘anil lazeena aamanoo; innal laaha laa yuhibbu kulla khawwaanin kafoor (section 5)
39. أُذِنَ لِلَّذِينَ يُقَاتَلُونَ بِأَنَّهُمْ ظُلِمُوا ۚ وَإِنَّ اللَّهَ عَلَىٰ نَصْرِهِمْ لَقَدِيرٌ
Udhina Lilladhīna Yuqātalūna Bi’annahum Žulimū Wa ‘Inna Al-Laha `Alá Naşrihim Laqadīrun
22:39  Permission is given to those who are being fought because they were wronged. And indeed, Allah for their victory (is) surely Able.
39. Uzina lillazeena yuqaataloona bi annahum zulimoo; wa innal laaha ‘alaa nasrihim la Qaderr
40. الَّذِينَ أُخْرِجُوا مِنْ دِيَارِهِمْ بِغَيْرِ حَقٍّ إِلَّا أَنْ يَقُولُوا رَبُّنَا اللَّهُ ۗ وَلَوْلَا دَفْعُ اللَّهِ النَّاسَ بَعْضَهُمْ بِبَعْضٍ لَهُدِّمَتْ صَوَامِعُ وَبِيَعٌ وَصَلَوَاتٌ وَمَسَاجِدُ يُذْكَرُ فِيهَا اسْمُ اللَّهِ كَثِيرًا ۗ وَلَيَنْصُرَنَّ اللَّهُ مَنْ يَنْصُرُهُ ۗ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَقَوِيٌّ عَزِيزٌ
Al-Ladhīna Ukhrijū Min Diyārihim Bighayri Ĥaqqin Illā An Yaqūlū Rabbunā Al-Lahu Wa Lawlā Daf`u Al-Lahi An-Nāsa Ba`đahum Biba`đin Lahuddimat Şawāmi`u Wa Biya`un Wa Şalawātun Wa Masājidu Yudhkaru Fīhā Asmu Al-Lahi Kathīrāan Wa Layanşuranna Al-Lahu Man Yanşuruhu Inna Al-Laha Laqawīyun `Azīzun
22:40  Those who have been evicted from their homes without right except that they said,Our Lord (is) Allah.” And if not checks Allah the people, some of them by others surely (would) have been demolished monasteries and churches and synagogues and masajid is mentioned in it (the) name (of) Allah much. And surely will help Allah (those) who help Him. Indeed, Allah (is) surely All-Strong, All-Mighty.
40. Allazeena ukhrijoo min diyaarihim bighairi haqqin illaaa any yaqooloo rabbunallaah; wa law laa daf’ul laahin naasa ba’dahum biba’dil lahuddimat sawaami’u wa biya’unw wa salawaatunw wa masaajidu yuzkaru feehasmul laahi kaseeraa; wa layansurannal laahu mai yansuruh; innal laaha la qawiyyun ‘Azeez
41. الَّذِينَ إِنْ مَكَّنَّاهُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ أَقَامُوا الصَّلَاةَ وَآتَوُا الزَّكَاةَ وَأَمَرُوا بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَنَهَوْا عَنِ الْمُنْكَرِ ۗ وَلِلَّهِ عَاقِبَةُ الْأُمُورِ
Al-LadhīnaIn Makkannāhum Fī Al-‘Arđi Aqāmū Aş-Şalāata Wa ‘Ātaw Az-Zakāata Wa ‘Amarū Bil-Ma`rūfi Wa Nahaw `Ani Al-Munkari Wa Lillahi `Āqibatu Al-‘Umūri
22:41  Those who, if We establish them in the land they establish the prayer they give the zakah and they enjoin the right and forbid from the wrong. And for Allah (is the) end (of) the matters.
41. Allazeena im makkan naahum fil ardi aqaamus Salaata wa aatawuz Zakaata wa amaroo bilma’roofi wa nahaw ‘anil munkar; wa lillaahi ‘aaqibatul umoor
42. وَإِنْ يُكَذِّبُوكَ فَقَدْ كَذَّبَتْ قَبْلَهُمْ قَوْمُ نُوحٍ وَعَادٌ وَثَمُودُ
Wa ‘In Yukadhdhibūka Faqad Kadhdhabat Qablahum Qawmu Nūĥin Wa `Ādun Wa Thamūdu
22:42  And if they deny you, so verily denied before them (the) people (of) Nuh and Aad and Thamud,
42. Wa iny yukazzibooka faqad kazzabat qablahum qawmu Noohinw wa Aadunw wa Samood
43. وَقَوْمُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَقَوْمُ لُوطٍ
Wa QawmuIbrāhīma Wa Qawmu Lūţin
22:43  And (the) people (of) Ibrahim, and (the) people (of) Lut
43. Wa qawmu Ibraaheema wa qawmu Loot
44. وَأَصْحَابُ مَدْيَنَ ۖ وَكُذِّبَ مُوسَىٰ فَأَمْلَيْتُ لِلْكَافِرِينَ ثُمَّ أَخَذْتُهُمْ ۖ فَكَيْفَ كَانَ نَكِيرِ
Wa ‘Aşĥābu Madyana Wa Kudhdhiba Mūsá Fa’amlaytu Lilkāfirīna Thumma Akhadhtuhum Fakayfa Kāna Nakīri
22:44  And the inhabitants (of) Madyan. And was denied Musa, so I granted respite to the disbelievers, then I seized them, and how was My punishment.
44. Wa as haabu Madyana wa kuzziba Moosaa fa amlaitu lilkaafireena summa akhaztuhum fakaifa kaana nakeer
45. فَكَأَيِّنْ مِنْ قَرْيَةٍ أَهْلَكْنَاهَا وَهِيَ ظَالِمَةٌ فَهِيَ خَاوِيَةٌ عَلَىٰ عُرُوشِهَا وَبِئْرٍ مُعَطَّلَةٍ وَقَصْرٍ مَشِيدٍ
Faka’ayyin Min Qaryatin Ahlaknāhā Wa Hiya Žālimatun Fahiya Khāwiyatun `Alá `Urūshihā Wa Bi’rin Mu`aţţalatin Wa Qaşrin Mashīdin
22:45  And how many of a township We have destroyed it, while it was doing wrong, so it fell on its roofs, and well abandoned, and castle lofty.
45. Faka ayyim min qaryatin ahlaknaahaa wa hiya zaalimatun fahiya khaawiyatun ‘alaa ‘urooshihaa wa bi’rim mu’at talatinw wa qasrim masheed
46. أَفَلَمْ يَسِيرُوا فِي الْأَرْضِ فَتَكُونَ لَهُمْ قُلُوبٌ يَعْقِلُونَ بِهَا أَوْ آذَانٌ يَسْمَعُونَ بِهَا ۖ فَإِنَّهَا لَا تَعْمَى الْأَبْصَارُ وَلَٰكِنْ تَعْمَى الْقُلُوبُ الَّتِي فِي الصُّدُورِ
Afalam Yasīrū Fī Al-‘Arđi Fatakūna Lahum Qulūbun Ya`qilūna Bihā Aw Ādhānun Yasma`ūna Bihā Fa’innahā Ta`má Al-‘Abşāru Wa Lakin Ta`má Al-Qulūbu Allatī Fī Aş-Şudūri
22:46  So have not they traveled in the land and is for them hearts (to) reason with it or ears (to) hear with it? For indeed, [it] not (are) blinded the eyes but (are) blinded the hearts which (are) in the breasts.
46. Afalam yaseeroo fil ardi fatakoona lahum quloobuny ya’qiloona bihaaa aw aazaanuny yasma’oona bihaa fa innahaa laa ta’mal absaaru wa laakin ta’mal quloobul latee fissudoor
47. وَيَسْتَعْجِلُونَكَ بِالْعَذَابِ وَلَنْ يُخْلِفَ اللَّهُ وَعْدَهُ ۚ وَإِنَّ يَوْمًا عِنْدَ رَبِّكَ كَأَلْفِ سَنَةٍ مِمَّا تَعُدُّونَ
Wa Yasta`jilūnaka Bil-`Adhābi Wa Lan Yukhlifa Al-Lahu Wa`dahu Wa ‘Inna Yawmāan `Inda Rabbika Ka’alfi Sanatin Mimmā Ta`uddūna
22:47  And they ask you to hasten the punishment. But never will fail Allah (in) His Promise. And indeed, a day with your Lord (is) like a thousand year(s) of what you count.
47. Wa yasta’jiloonaka bil’azaabi wa lany yukhlifal laahu wa’dah; wa inna yawman ‘inda Rabbika ka’alfi sanatim mimmaa ta’uddoon
48. وَكَأَيِّنْ مِنْ قَرْيَةٍ أَمْلَيْتُ لَهَا وَهِيَ ظَالِمَةٌ ثُمَّ أَخَذْتُهَا وَإِلَيَّ الْمَصِيرُ
Wa Ka’ayyin Min Qaryatin Amlaytu Lahā Wa Hiya Žālimatun Thumma Akhadhtuhā Wa ‘Ilayya Al-Maşīru
22:48  And how many of a township I gave respite to it, while it (was) doing wrong. Then I seized it and to Me (is) the destination.
48. Wa ka ayyim min qaryatin amlaitu lahaa wa hiya zaalimatun summa akhaztuhaa wa ilaiyal maseer (section 6)
49. قُلْ يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ إِنَّمَا أَنَا لَكُمْ نَذِيرٌ مُبِينٌ
Qul Yā ‘Ayyuhā An-NāsuInnamā Anā Lakum Nadhīrun Mubīnun
22:49  Say, “O mankind! Only I am to you a warner clear.”
49. Qul yaaa ayyuhan naasu innamaaa ana lakum nazeerum mubeen
50. فَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ لَهُمْ مَغْفِرَةٌ وَرِزْقٌ كَرِيمٌ
Fa-Al-LadhīnaĀmanū Wa `Amilū Aş-Şāliĥāti Lahum Maghfiratun Wa Rizqun Karīmun
22:50  So those who believe and do righteous deeds for them (is) forgiveness and a provision noble.
50. Fallazeena aamanoo wa ‘amilus saalihaati lahum maghfiratunw wa rizqun kareem
51. وَالَّذِينَ سَعَوْا فِي آيَاتِنَا مُعَاجِزِينَ أُولَٰئِكَ أَصْحَابُ الْجَحِيمِ
Wa Al-Ladhīna Sa`aw Fī Āyātinā Mu`ājizīna ‘Ūlā’ikaAşĥābu Al-Jaĥīmi
22:51  And those who strove against Our Verses, (to) cause failure, those (are the) companions (of) the Hellfire.
51. Wallazeena sa’aw feee Aayaatinaa mu’aajizeena ulaaa ika As-haabul jaheem
52. وَمَا أَرْسَلْنَا مِنْ قَبْلِكَ مِنْ رَسُولٍ وَلَا نَبِيٍّ إِلَّا إِذَا تَمَنَّىٰ أَلْقَى الشَّيْطَانُ فِي أُمْنِيَّتِهِ فَيَنْسَخُ اللَّهُ مَا يُلْقِي الشَّيْطَانُ ثُمَّ يُحْكِمُ اللَّهُ آيَاتِهِ ۗ وَاللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٌ
Wa Mā ‘Arsalnā Min Qablika Min Rasūlin Wa Lā Nabīyin Illā Idhā Tamanná Alqá Ash-Shayţānu Fī Umnīyatihi Fayansakhu Al-Lahu Yulqī Ash-Shayţānu Thumma Yuĥkimu Al-LahuĀyātihi Wa Allāhu `Alīmun Ĥakīmun
22:52  And not We sent from before you any Messenger and not a Prophet but when he recited, threw the Shaitaan in his recitation. But abolishes Allah what throws the Shaitaan, then will establish Allah His Verses. And Allah (is) All-Knower, All-Wise.
52. Wa maaa arsalnaa min qablika mir Rasoolinnw wa laa Nabiyyin illaaa izaaa tamannaaa alqash Shaitaanu feee umniy yatihee fa yansakhul laahu maa yulqish Shaitaanu summa yuhkimul laahu aayaatih; wallaahu ‘Aleemun Hakeem
53. لِيَجْعَلَ مَا يُلْقِي الشَّيْطَانُ فِتْنَةً لِلَّذِينَ فِي قُلُوبِهِمْ مَرَضٌ وَالْقَاسِيَةِ قُلُوبُهُمْ ۗ وَإِنَّ الظَّالِمِينَ لَفِي شِقَاقٍ بَعِيدٍ
Liyaj`ala Yulqī Ash-Shayţānu Fitnatan Lilladhīna Qulūbihim Marađun Wa Al-Qāsiyati Qulūbuhum Wa ‘Inna Až-Žālimīna Lafī Shiqāqin Ba`īdin
22:53  That He may make what throws the Shaitaan a trial for those in their hearts (is) a disease, and (are) hardened their hearts. And indeed, the wrongdoers (are) surely, in schism far.
53. Liyaj’ala maa yulqish Shaitaanu fitnatal lillazeena fee quloobihim maradunw walqaasiyati quloobuhum; wa innaz zaalimeena lafee shiqaaqim ba’eed
54. وَلِيَعْلَمَ الَّذِينَ أُوتُوا الْعِلْمَ أَنَّهُ الْحَقُّ مِنْ رَبِّكَ فَيُؤْمِنُوا بِهِ فَتُخْبِتَ لَهُ قُلُوبُهُمْ ۗ وَإِنَّ اللَّهَ لَهَادِ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِلَىٰ صِرَاطٍ مُسْتَقِيمٍ
Wa Liya`lama Al-LadhīnaŪtū Al-`Ilma Annahu Al-Ĥaqqu Min Rabbika Fayu’uminū Bihi Fatukhbita Lahu Qulūbuhum Wa ‘Inna Al-Laha Lahādi Al-LadhīnaĀmanū Ilá Şirāţin Mustaqīmin
22:54  And that may know those who have been given the knowledge that it (is) the truth from your Lord, and they believe in it, and may humbly submit to it their hearts. And indeed, Allah (is) surely (the) Guide (of) those who believe, to a Path Straight.
54. Wa liya’lamal lazeena ootul ‘ilma annahul haqqu mir Rabbika fa yu’minoo bihee fatukhbita lahoo quloobuhum; wa innal laaha lahaadil lazeena aamanoo ilaa Siraatim Mustaqeem
55. وَلَا يَزَالُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا فِي مِرْيَةٍ مِنْهُ حَتَّىٰ تَأْتِيَهُمُ السَّاعَةُ بَغْتَةً أَوْ يَأْتِيَهُمْ عَذَابُ يَوْمٍ عَقِيمٍ
Wa Lā Yazālu Al-Ladhīna Kafarū Miryatin Minhu Ĥattá Ta’tiyahumu As-Sā`atu Baghtatan Aw Ya’tiyahum `Adhābu Yawmin `Aqīmin
22:55  And not will cease those who disbelieve (to be) in doubt of it until comes to them the Hour suddenly or comes to them (the) punishment (of) a Day barren.
55. Wa laa yazaalul lazeena kafaroo fee miryatim minhu hattaa taatiyahumus Saa’atu baghtatan aw yaatiyahum ‘azaabu Yawmin ‘aqeem
56. الْمُلْكُ يَوْمَئِذٍ لِلَّهِ يَحْكُمُ بَيْنَهُمْ ۚ فَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ فِي جَنَّاتِ النَّعِيمِ
Al-Mulku Yawma’idhin Lillahi Yaĥkumu Baynahum Fa-Al-LadhīnaĀmanū Wa `Amilū Aş-Şāliĥāti Jannāti An-Na`īmi
22:56  The Sovereignty (on) that Day (will be) for Allah, He will judge between them. So those who believe and did righteous deeds (will be) in Gardens (of) Delight.
56. Almulku Yawma’izil lillaahi yahkumu bainahum; fallazeena aamanoo wa ‘amilus saalihaati fee jannaatin Na’eem
57. وَالَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا وَكَذَّبُوا بِآيَاتِنَا فَأُولَٰئِكَ لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ مُهِينٌ
Wa Al-Ladhīna Kafarū Wa Kadhdhabū Bi’āyātinā Fa’ūlā’ika Lahum `Adhābun Muhīnun
22:57  And those who disbelieved and denied Our Verses, then those for them (will be) a punishment humiliating.
57. Wallazeena kafaroo wa kazzaboo bi Aayaatinaa fa ulaaa’ika lahum ‘azaabum muheen (section 7)
58. وَالَّذِينَ هَاجَرُوا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ ثُمَّ قُتِلُوا أَوْ مَاتُوا لَيَرْزُقَنَّهُمُ اللَّهُ رِزْقًا حَسَنًا ۚ وَإِنَّ اللَّهَ لَهُوَ خَيْرُ الرَّازِقِينَ
Wa Al-Ladhīna Hājarū Sabīli Al-Lahi Thumma Qutilū Aw Mātū Layarzuqannahumu Al-Lahu Rizqāan Ĥasanāan Wa ‘Inna Al-Laha Lahuwa Khayru Ar-Rāziqīna
22:58  And those who emigrated in (the) way (of) Allah then were killed or died, surely, will provide them Allah a provision good. And indeed Allah, surely, He (is the) Best (of) the Providers.
58. Wallazeena haajaroo fee sabeelil laahi summa qutilooo aw maatoo la yarzuqan nahumul laahu rizqan hasanaa; wa innal laaha la Huwa khairur raaziqeen
59. لَيُدْخِلَنَّهُمْ مُدْخَلًا يَرْضَوْنَهُ ۗ وَإِنَّ اللَّهَ لَعَلِيمٌ حَلِيمٌ
Layudkhilannahum Mudkhalāan Yarđawnahu Wa ‘Inna Al-Laha La`alīmun Ĥalīmun
22:59  Surely, He will admit them (to) an entrance they will be pleased (with) it. And indeed, Allah surely, (is) All-Knowing, Most Forbearing.
59. La yudkhilan nahum mud khalany yardawnah; wa innal laaha la ‘Aleemun Haleem
60. ذَٰلِكَ وَمَنْ عَاقَبَ بِمِثْلِ مَا عُوقِبَ بِهِ ثُمَّ بُغِيَ عَلَيْهِ لَيَنْصُرَنَّهُ اللَّهُ ۗ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَعَفُوٌّ غَفُورٌ
Dhālika Wa Man `Āqaba Bimithli `Ūqiba Bihi Thumma Bughiya `Alayhi Layanşurannahu Al-Lahu Inna Al-Laha La`afūwun Ghafūrun
22:60  That, and whoever has retaliated, with the like (of) that he was made to suffer by it, then he was oppressed [on him], will surely help him Allah Indeed, Allah (is) surely Oft-Pardoning, Oft-Forgiving.
60. Zaalika wa man ‘aaqaba bimisli maa ‘ooqiba bihee summa bughiya ‘alaihi la yansurannahul laah; innal laaha la ‘Afuwwun Ghafoor
61. ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّ اللَّهَ يُولِجُ اللَّيْلَ فِي النَّهَارِ وَيُولِجُ النَّهَارَ فِي اللَّيْلِ وَأَنَّ اللَّهَ سَمِيعٌ بَصِيرٌ
Dhālika Bi’anna Al-Laha Yūliju Al-Layla Fī An-Nahāri Wa Yūliju An-Nahāra Fī Al-Layli Wa ‘Anna Al-Laha Samī`un Başīrun
22:61  That, (is) because Allah causes to enter the night in (to) the day, and causes to enter the day in (to) the night. And indeed, Allah (is) All-Hearer, All-Seer.
61. Zaalika bi annal laaha yoolijul laila fin nahaari wa yoolijun nahaara fil laili wa annal laaha Samee’um Baseer
62. ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّ اللَّهَ هُوَ الْحَقُّ وَأَنَّ مَا يَدْعُونَ مِنْ دُونِهِ هُوَ الْبَاطِلُ وَأَنَّ اللَّهَ هُوَ الْعَلِيُّ الْكَبِيرُ
Dhālika Bi’anna Al-Laha Huwa Al-Ĥaqqu Wa ‘Anna Yad`ūna Min Dūnihi Huwa Al-Bāţilu Wa ‘Anna Al-Laha Huwa Al-`Alīyu Al-Kabīru
22:62  That (is), because Allah, He (is) the Truth, and that what they invoke from besides Him, it (is) the falsehood. And that Allah, He (is) the Most High, the Most Great.
62. Zaalika bi annal laaha Huwal haqqu wa anna maa yad’oona min doonihee huwal baatilu wa annal laaha Huwal ‘Aliyyul kabeer
63. أَلَمْ تَرَ أَنَّ اللَّهَ أَنْزَلَ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ مَاءً فَتُصْبِحُ الْأَرْضُ مُخْضَرَّةً ۗ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَطِيفٌ خَبِيرٌ
Alam Tará Anna Al-Laha ‘Anzala Mina As-Samā’i Mā’an Fatuşbiĥu Al-‘Arđu Mukhđarratan Inna Al-Laha Laţīfun Khabīrun
22:63  Do not you see, that Allah sends down from the sky water then becomes the earth green? Indeed, Allah (is) surely Subtle, All-Aware.
63. Alam tara annal laaha anzala minas samaaa’i maaa’an fatusbihul ardu mukhdarrah; innal laaha Lateefun Khabeer
64. لَهُ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الْأَرْضِ ۗ وَإِنَّ اللَّهَ لَهُوَ الْغَنِيُّ الْحَمِيدُ
Lahu Fī As-Samāwāti Wa Mā  Al-‘Arđi Wa ‘Inna AlLaha Lahuwa Al-Ghanīyu Al-Ĥamīdu
22:64  For Him (is) whatever (is) in the heavens and whatever (is) in the earth. And indeed, Allah surely, He (is) Free of need, the Praiseworthy.
64. Lahoo ma fis samaawaati wa ma fil ard; wa innal laaha la Huwal Ghaniyyul Hameed (section 8)
65. أَلَمْ تَرَ أَنَّ اللَّهَ سَخَّرَ لَكُمْ مَا فِي الْأَرْضِ وَالْفُلْكَ تَجْرِي فِي الْبَحْرِ بِأَمْرِهِ وَيُمْسِكُ السَّمَاءَ أَنْ تَقَعَ عَلَى الْأَرْضِ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِ ۗ إِنَّ اللَّهَ بِالنَّاسِ لَرَءُوفٌ رَحِيمٌ
Alam Tará Anna Al-Laha Sakhkhara Lakum  Fī Al-‘Arđi Wa Al-Fulka Tajrī Fī Al-Baĥri Bi’amrihi Wa Yumsiku As-Samā’a An Taqa`a `Alá Al-‘ArđiIllā Bi’idhnihi Inna Al-Laha Bin-Nāsi Lara’ūfun Raĥīmun
22:65  Do not you see that Allah (has) subjected to you what (is) in the earth, and the ships that sail through the sea by His Command? And He withholds the sky lest it falls on the earth except by His permission. Indeed, Allah to mankind (is) Full of Kindness, Most Merciful.
65. Alam tara annal laaha sakhkhara lakum maa fil ardi wal fulka tajree fil bahri bi amrihee wa yumsikus samaaa’a an taqa’a ‘alal ardi illaa biiznih; innal laaha binnaasi la Ra’oofur Raheem
66. وَهُوَ الَّذِي أَحْيَاكُمْ ثُمَّ يُمِيتُكُمْ ثُمَّ يُحْيِيكُمْ ۗ إِنَّ الْإِنْسَانَ لَكَفُورٌ
Wa Huwa Al-Ladhī Aĥyākum Thumma Yumītukum Thumma Yuĥyīkum Inna Al-‘Insāna Lakafūrun
22:66  And He (is) the One Who gave you life then He will cause you to die then He will give you life (again). Indeed, man (is) surely ungrateful.
66. Wa Huwal lazee ahyaakum summa yumeetukum summa yuhyeekum; innal insaana la kafoor
67. لِكُلِّ أُمَّةٍ جَعَلْنَا مَنْسَكًا هُمْ نَاسِكُوهُ ۖ فَلَا يُنَازِعُنَّكَ فِي الْأَمْرِ ۚ وَادْعُ إِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ ۖ إِنَّكَ لَعَلَىٰ هُدًى مُسْتَقِيمٍ
Likulli Ummatin Ja`alnā Mansakāan Hum Nāsikūhu Falā Yunāzi`unnaka  Al-‘Amri Wa Ad`u Ilá Rabbika Innaka La`alá Hudáan Mustaqīmin
22:67  For every nation We have made rite(s), they perform it. So let not them dispute with you in the matter, but invite (them) to your Lord. Indeed, you (are) surely on guidance straight.
67. Likulli ummatin ja’alnaa mansakan hum naasikoohu falaa yunaazi ‘unnaka fil amr; wad’u ilaa Rabbika innaka la ‘alaa hudan mustaqeem
68. وَإِنْ جَادَلُوكَ فَقُلِ اللَّهُ أَعْلَمُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ
Wa ‘In Jādalūka Faquli Al-Lahu ‘A`lamu Bimā Ta`malūna
22:68  And if they argue (with) you then say, “Allah (is) most knowing of what you do.
68. Wa in jaadalooka faqulil laahu a’lamu bimaa ta’maloon
69. اللَّهُ يَحْكُمُ بَيْنَكُمْ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ فِيمَا كُنْتُمْ فِيهِ تَخْتَلِفُونَ
Al-Lahu Yaĥkumu Baynakum Yawma Al-Qiyāmati Fīmā Kuntum Fīhi Takhtalifūna
22:69  Allah will judge between you (on the) Day (of) the Resurrection, concerning what you used (to) in it differ.”
69. Allaahu yahkumu bainakum Yawmal Qiyaamati feemaa kuntum feehi takhtalifoon
70. أَلَمْ تَعْلَمْ أَنَّ اللَّهَ يَعْلَمُ مَا فِي السَّمَاءِ وَالْأَرْضِ ۗ إِنَّ ذَٰلِكَ فِي كِتَابٍ ۚ إِنَّ ذَٰلِكَ عَلَى اللَّهِ يَسِيرٌ
Alam Ta`lam Anna Al-Laha Ya`lamu Fī As-Samā’i Wa Al-‘ArđiInna Dhālika Kitābin Inna Dhālika `Alá Al-Lahi Yasīrun
22:70  Do not you know that Allah knows what (is) in the heaven and the earth? Indeed, that (is) in a Record, indeed, that (is) for Allah easy.
70. Alam ta’lam annal laaha ya’lamu maa fis samaaa’i wal ard; inna zaalika fee kitaab; inna zaalika ‘alal laahi yaseer
71. وَيَعْبُدُونَ مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ مَا لَمْ يُنَزِّلْ بِهِ سُلْطَانًا وَمَا لَيْسَ لَهُمْ بِهِ عِلْمٌ ۗ وَمَا لِلظَّالِمِينَ مِنْ نَصِيرٍ
Wa Ya`budūna Min Dūni Al-Lahi Lam Yunazzil Bihi Sulţānāan Wa Mā Laysa Lahum Bihi `Ilmun Wa Mā Lilžžālimīna Min Naşīrin
22:71  And they worship from besides Allah what not He (has) sent down for it any authority, and what not they have of it any knowledge. And not (will be) for the wrongdoers any helper.
71. Wa ya’budoona min doonil laahi maa lam yunazzil bihee sultaananw wa maa laisa lahum bihee ‘ilm; wa maa lizzaalimeena min naseer
72. وَإِذَا تُتْلَىٰ عَلَيْهِمْ آيَاتُنَا بَيِّنَاتٍ تَعْرِفُ فِي وُجُوهِ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا الْمُنْكَرَ ۖ يَكَادُونَ يَسْطُونَ بِالَّذِينَ يَتْلُونَ عَلَيْهِمْ آيَاتِنَا ۗ قُلْ أَفَأُنَبِّئُكُمْ بِشَرٍّ مِنْ ذَٰلِكُمُ ۗ النَّارُ وَعَدَهَا اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا ۖ وَبِئْسَ الْمَصِيرُ
Wa ‘Idhā Tutlá `Alayhim Āyātunā Bayyinātin Ta`rifu Wujūhi Al-Ladhīna Kafarū Al-Munkara Yakādūna Yasţūna Bial-Ladhīna Yatlūna `Alayhim Āyātinā Qul Afa’unabbi’ukum Bisharrin Min Dhalikumu An-Nāru Wa`adahā Al-Lahu Al-Ladhīna Kafarū Wa Bi’sa Al-Maşīru
22:72  And when are recited to them Our Verses clear, you will recognize on (the) faces (of) those who disbelieve the denial. They almost attack those who recite to them Our Verses. Say, “Then shall I inform you of worse than that? The Fire, (has) promised it Allah (for) those who disbelieve, and wretched (is) the destination.
72. Wa izaa tutlaa ‘alaihim Aayaatunaa baiyinaatin ta’rifu fee wujoohil lazeena kafarul munkara yakaadoona yastoona bil lazeena yatloona ‘alaihim Aayaatinaa; qul afa unab bi’ukum bisharrim min zaalikum; an Naaru wa ‘adahal laahul lazeena kafaroo wa bi’sal maseer (section 9)
73. يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ ضُرِبَ مَثَلٌ فَاسْتَمِعُوا لَهُ ۚ إِنَّ الَّذِينَ تَدْعُونَ مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ لَنْ يَخْلُقُوا ذُبَابًا وَلَوِ اجْتَمَعُوا لَهُ ۖ وَإِنْ يَسْلُبْهُمُ الذُّبَابُ شَيْئًا لَا يَسْتَنْقِذُوهُ مِنْهُ ۚ ضَعُفَ الطَّالِبُ وَالْمَطْلُوبُ
Yā ‘Ayyuhā An-Nāsu Đuriba Mathalun Fāstami`ū Lahu Inna Al-Ladhīna Tad`ūna Min Dūni Al-Lahi Lan Yakhluqū Dhubābāan Wa Lawi Ajtama`ū Lahu Wa ‘In Yaslubhumu Adh-Dhubābu Shay’āan  Yastanqidhūhu Minhu Đa`ufa Aţ-Ţālibu Wa Al-Maţlūbu
22:73  O mankind! Is set forth an example, so listen to it. Indeed, those whom you invoke from besides Allah will never create a fly even if they gathered together for it. And if snatched away from them the fly a thing not they (could) take it back from it. So weak (are) the seeker and the one who is sought.
73. Yaaa ayyuhan naasu duriba masalun fastami’oo lah; innal lazeena tad’oona min doonil laahi lai yakhluqoo zubaabanw wa lawijtama’oo lahoo wa iny yaslub humuz zubaabu shai’an laa yastanqizoohu minh; da’ufat taalibu wal matloob
74. مَا قَدَرُوا اللَّهَ حَقَّ قَدْرِهِ ۗ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَقَوِيٌّ عَزِيزٌ
Qadarū Al-Laha Ĥaqqa Qadrihi Inna Al-Laha Laqawīyun `Azīzun
22:74  Not they (have) estimated Allah (with) due [His] estimation. Indeed, Allah (is) surely All-Strong, All-Mighty.
74. Maa qadrul laaha haqqa qadrih; innal laaha la Qawiyyun ‘Azeez
75. اللَّهُ يَصْطَفِي مِنَ الْمَلَائِكَةِ رُسُلًا وَمِنَ النَّاسِ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ سَمِيعٌ بَصِيرٌ
Al-Lahu Yaşţafī Mina Al-Malā’ikati Rusulāan Wa Mina An-Nāsi Inna Al-Laha Samī`un Başīrun
22:75  Allah chooses from the Angels Messengers, and from the mankind. Indeed, Allah (is) All-Hearer, All-Seer.
75. Allahu yastafee minal malaaa’ikati Rusulanw wa minan naas; innal laaha Samee’un Baseer
76. يَعْلَمُ مَا بَيْنَ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَمَا خَلْفَهُمْ ۗ وَإِلَى اللَّهِ تُرْجَعُ الْأُمُورُ
Ya`lamu Bayna Aydīhim Wa Mā Khalfahum Wa ‘Ilá Al-Lahi Turja`u Al-‘Umūru
22:76  He knows what (is) between their hands and what (is) after them. And to Allah return all the matters.
76. Ya’lamu maa baina aydeehim wa maa khalfahum; wa ilal laahi turja’ul umoor
77. يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا ارْكَعُوا وَاسْجُدُوا وَاعْبُدُوا رَبَّكُمْ وَافْعَلُوا الْخَيْرَ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُونَ ۩
Yā ‘Ayyuhā Al-LadhīnaĀmanū Arka`ū Wa Asjudū Wa A`budū Rabbakum Wa Af`alū Al-Khayra La`allakum Tufliĥūna
22:77  O you who believe! Bow and prostrate and worship your Lord and do [the] good so that you may be successful.
77. Yaaa ayyuhal lazeena aamanur ka’oo wasjudoo wa’budoo Rabbakum waf’alul khaira la’allakum tuflihoon (make sajda)
78. وَجَاهِدُوا فِي اللَّهِ حَقَّ جِهَادِهِ ۚ هُوَ اجْتَبَاكُمْ وَمَا جَعَلَ عَلَيْكُمْ فِي الدِّينِ مِنْ حَرَجٍ ۚ مِلَّةَ أَبِيكُمْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ۚ هُوَ سَمَّاكُمُ الْمُسْلِمِينَ مِنْ قَبْلُ وَفِي هَٰذَا لِيَكُونَ الرَّسُولُ شَهِيدًا عَلَيْكُمْ وَتَكُونُوا شُهَدَاءَ عَلَى النَّاسِ ۚ فَأَقِيمُوا الصَّلَاةَ وَآتُوا الزَّكَاةَ وَاعْتَصِمُوا بِاللَّهِ هُوَ مَوْلَاكُمْ ۖ فَنِعْمَ الْمَوْلَىٰ وَنِعْمَ النَّصِيرُ
Wa Jāhidū Fī Al-Lahi Ĥaqqa Jihādihi Huwa Ajtabākum Wa Mā Ja`ala `Alaykum Fī Ad-Dīni Min Ĥarajin Millata Abīkum Ibrāhīma Huwa Sammākumu Al-Muslimyna Min Qablu Wa Fī Hādhā Liyakūna Ar-Rasūlu Shahīdāan `Alaykum Wa Takūnū Shuhadā’a `Alá An-Nāsi Fa’aqīmū Aş-Şalāata Wa ‘Ātū Az-Zakāata Wa A`taşimū Bil-Lahi Huwa Mawlākum Fani`ma Al-Mawlá Wa Ni`ma An-Naşīru
22:78  And strive for Allah (to) Him (with the) striving due. He (has) chosen you and not placed upon you in the religion any difficulty. (The) religion (of) your father Ibrahim. He named you Muslims from before and in this, that may be the Messenger a witness over you and you may be witnesses on the mankind. So establish the prayer and give zakah and hold fast to Allah. He (is) your Protectorso an Excellent [the] Protector and an Excellent [the] Helper.
78. Wa jaahidoo fil laahi haqqa jihaadih; Huwaj tabaakum wa maa ja’ala ‘alaikum fid deeni min haraj; Millata abeekum Ibraaheem; Huwa sammaakumul muslimeena min qablu wa fee haaza li yakoonar Rasoolu shaheedan ‘alaikum wa takoonoo shuhadaaa’a ‘alan naas; fa aqeemus salaata wa aatuz zakaata wa’tasimoo billaahi Huwa mawlaakum fani’mal mawlaa wa ni’man naseer (section 10) (End Juz 17)
