1. طس ۚ تِلْكَ آيَاتُ الْقُرْآنِ وَكِتَابٍ مُبِينٍ
Ţā-Sīn Tilka Āyātu Al-Qur’āni Wa Kitābin Mubīnin
27:1  Ta Seen. These (are the) Verses (of) the Quran and a Book clear
1. Taa-Seeen; tilka Aayaatul Qur-aani wa Kitaabim Mubeen
2. هُدًى وَبُشْرَىٰ لِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ
Hudáan Wa Bushrá Lilmu’uminīna
27:2  A guidance and glad tidings for the believers,
2. Hudanw wa bushraa lil mu’mineen
3. الَّذِينَ يُقِيمُونَ الصَّلَاةَ وَيُؤْتُونَ الزَّكَاةَ وَهُمْ بِالْآخِرَةِ هُمْ يُوقِنُونَ
Al-Ladhīna Yuqīmūna Aş-Şalāata Wa Yu’utūna Az-Zakāata Wa Hum Bil-‘Ākhirati Hum Yūqinūna
27:3  Those who establish the prayer and give zakah and they in the Hereafter [they] believe with certainty.
3. Allazeena yuqeemoonas Salaata wa yu’toonaz Zakaata wa hum bil Aakhirati hum yooqinoon
4. إِنَّ الَّذِينَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِالْآخِرَةِ زَيَّنَّا لَهُمْ أَعْمَالَهُمْ فَهُمْ يَعْمَهُونَ
Inna Al-Ladhīna Yu’uminūna Bil-‘Ākhirati Zayyannā Lahum ‘A`mālahum Fahum Ya`mahūna
27:4  Indeed, those who (do) not believe in the Hereafter, We have made fair-seeming to them their deeds, so they wander blindly.
4. Innal lazeena laa yu’minoona bil Aakhirati zaiyannaa lahum a’maalahum fahum ya’mahoon
5. أُولَٰئِكَ الَّذِينَ لَهُمْ سُوءُ الْعَذَابِ وَهُمْ فِي الْآخِرَةِ هُمُ الْأَخْسَرُونَ
‘Ūlā’ika Al-Ladhīna Lahum Sū’u Al-`Adhābi Wa Hum Fī Al-‘Ākhirati Humu Al-‘Akhsarūna
27:5  Those (are) the ones, for them (is) an evil [the] punishment and they in the Hereafter [they] (will be) the greatest losers.
5. Ulaaa’ikal lazeena lahum sooo’ul ‘azaabi wa hum fil Aakhirati humul akhsaroon
6. وَإِنَّكَ لَتُلَقَّى الْقُرْآنَ مِنْ لَدُنْ حَكِيمٍ عَلِيمٍ
Wa ‘Innaka Latulaqqá Al-Qur’āna Min Ladun Ĥakīmin `Alīmin
27:6  And indeed, you surely, receive the Quran from [near] the All-Wise, the All-Knower.
6. Wa innaka latulaqqal Qur-aana mil ladun Hakeemin ‘Aleem
7. إِذْ قَالَ مُوسَىٰ لِأَهْلِهِ إِنِّي آنَسْتُ نَارًا سَآتِيكُمْ مِنْهَا بِخَبَرٍ أَوْ آتِيكُمْ بِشِهَابٍ قَبَسٍ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَصْطَلُونَ
Idh Qāla Mūsá Li’hlihi Innī Ānastu Nārāan Sa’ātīkum Minhā Bikhabarin Aw Ātīkum Bishihābin Qabasin La`allakum Taşţalūna
27:7  When said Musa to his family, “Indeed, I perceive a fire. I will bring you from it some information or I will bring you a torch burning so that you may warm yourselves.
7. Iz qaala Moosaa li ahliheee inneee aanastu naaran sa’aateekum minhaa bikhabarin aw aateekum bishihaabin qabasil la’allakum tastaloon
8. فَلَمَّا جَاءَهَا نُودِيَ أَنْ بُورِكَ مَنْ فِي النَّارِ وَمَنْ حَوْلَهَا وَسُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ
Falammā Jā’ahā Nūdiya An Būrika Man Fī An-Nāri Wa Man Ĥawlahā Wa Subĥāna Al-Lahi Rabbi Al-`Ālamīna
27:8  But when he came to it, he was called [that]Blessed is who (is) at the fire and whoever (is) around it. And glory be (to) Allah (the) Lord (of) the worlds.
8. Falammaa jaaa’ahaa noodiya am boorika man finnnnaari wa man hawlahaa wa Subhaanal laahi Rabbil ‘aalameen
9. يَا مُوسَىٰ إِنَّهُ أَنَا اللَّهُ الْعَزِيزُ الْحَكِيمُ
Yā Mūsá ‘Innahu Anā Al-Lahu Al-`Azīzu Al-Ĥakīmu
27:9  O Musa! Indeed, I Am Allah, the All-Mighty, the All-Wise.
9. Yaa Moosaaa innahooo Anal laahul ‘Azeezul Hakeem
10. وَأَلْقِ عَصَاكَ ۚ فَلَمَّا رَآهَا تَهْتَزُّ كَأَنَّهَا جَانٌّ وَلَّىٰ مُدْبِرًا وَلَمْ يُعَقِّبْ ۚ يَا مُوسَىٰ لَا تَخَفْ إِنِّي لَا يَخَافُ لَدَيَّ الْمُرْسَلُونَ
Wa ‘Alqi `Aşāka Falammā Ra’āhā Tahtazzu Ka’annahā Jānnun Wallá Mudbirāan Wa Lam Yu`aqqib Yā Mūsá Takhaf Innī Yakhāfu Ladayya Al-Mursalūna
27:10  And, “Throw your staff. But when he saw it moving as if it (were) a snake he turned back (in) flight and (did) not look back.O Musa! (Do) not fear. Indeed, [I] (do) not fear (in) My presence the Messengers.
10. Wa alqi ‘asaak; falammmaa ra aahaa tahtazzu ka annahaa jaaannunw wallaa mudbiranw wa lam yu’aqqib; yaa Moosaa laa takhaf innee laa yakhaafu ladaiyal mursaloon
11. إِلَّا مَنْ ظَلَمَ ثُمَّ بَدَّلَ حُسْنًا بَعْدَ سُوءٍ فَإِنِّي غَفُورٌ رَحِيمٌ
Illā Man Žalama Thumma Baddala Ĥusnāan Ba`da Sū’in Fa’innī Ghafūrun Raĥīmun
27:11  Except who wrongs then substitutes good after evil, then indeed, I Am Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.
11. Illaa man zalama summa baddala husnam ba’da sooo’in fa innee Ghafoorur Raheem
12. وَأَدْخِلْ يَدَكَ فِي جَيْبِكَ تَخْرُجْ بَيْضَاءَ مِنْ غَيْرِ سُوءٍ ۖ فِي تِسْعِ آيَاتٍ إِلَىٰ فِرْعَوْنَ وَقَوْمِهِ ۚ إِنَّهُمْ كَانُوا قَوْمًا فَاسِقِينَ
Wa ‘Adkhil Yadaka Jaybika Takhruj Bayđā’a Min Ghayri Sū’in  Tis`i Āyātin Ilá Fir`awna Wa Qawmihi ‘Innahum Kānū Qawmāan Fāsiqīna
27:12  And enter your hand into your bosom it will come forth white from without harm. (These are) among nine signs to Firaun and his people. Indeed, they are a people defiantly disobedient.”
12. Wa adkhil yadaka fee jaibika takhruj baidaaa’a min ghairisooo’in feetis’i Aayaatin ilaa Fir’awna wa qawmih; innahum kaanoo qawman faasiqeen
13. فَلَمَّا جَاءَتْهُمْ آيَاتُنَا مُبْصِرَةً قَالُوا هَٰذَا سِحْرٌ مُبِينٌ
Falammā Jā’at/humĀyātunā Mubşiratan Qālū Hādhā Siĥrun Mubīnun
27:13  But when came to them Our Signs visible, they said,This (is) a magic manifest.”
13. Falammaa jaaa’at hum Aayaatunaa mubsiratan qaaloo haazaa sihrum mubeen
14. وَجَحَدُوا بِهَا وَاسْتَيْقَنَتْهَا أَنْفُسُهُمْ ظُلْمًا وَعُلُوًّا ۚ فَانْظُرْ كَيْفَ كَانَ عَاقِبَةُ الْمُفْسِدِينَ
Wa Jaĥadū Bihā Wa Astayqanat/hā ‘Anfusuhum Žulmāan Wa `Ulūwāan Fānžur Kayfa Kāna `Āqibatu Al-Mufsidīna
27:14  And they rejected them, though were convinced with them (signs) themselves, (out of) injustice and haughtiness. So see how was(the) end (of) the corrupters.
14. Wa jahadoo bihaa wastaiqanat haaa anfusuhum zulmanw-wa ‘uluwwaa; fanzur kaifa kaana ‘aaqibatul mufsideen (section 1)
15. وَلَقَدْ آتَيْنَا دَاوُودَ وَسُلَيْمَانَ عِلْمًا ۖ وَقَالَا الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي فَضَّلَنَا عَلَىٰ كَثِيرٍ مِنْ عِبَادِهِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ
Wa Laqad ‘Ātaynā Dāwūda Wa Sulaymāna `Ilmāan Wa Qālā Al-Ĥamdu Lillahi Al-Ladhī Fađđalanā `Alá Kathīrin Min `Ibādihi Al-Mu’uminīna
27:15  And verily, We gave Dawood and Sulaiman knowledge, and they said, “Praise be to Allah the One Who has favored us over many of His servants the believers.”
15. Wa laqad aatainaa Daawooda wa sulaimaana ‘ilmaa; wa qaalal hamdu lil laahil lazee faddalanaa ‘alaa kaseerim min ‘ibaadihil mu’mineen
16. وَوَرِثَ سُلَيْمَانُ دَاوُودَ ۖ وَقَالَ يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ عُلِّمْنَا مَنْطِقَ الطَّيْرِ وَأُوتِينَا مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ ۖ إِنَّ هَٰذَا لَهُوَ الْفَضْلُ الْمُبِينُ
Wa Waritha Sulaymānu Dāwūda Wa Qāla Yā ‘Ayyuhā An-Nāsu `Ullimnā Manţiqa Aţ-Ţayri Wa ‘Ūtīnā Min Kulli Shay’in Inna Hādhā Lahuwa Al-Fađlu Al-Mubīnu
27:16  And inherited Sulaiman Dawood. And he said,O people! We have been taught (the) language (of) the birds, and we have been given from every thing. Indeed, this surely, it (is) the favor evident.”
16. Wa warisa Sulaimaanu Daawooda wa qaala yaaa aiyuhan naasu ‘ullimnaa mantiqat tairi wa ooteenaa min kulli shai’in inna haazaa lahuwal fadlul mubeen
17. وَحُشِرَ لِسُلَيْمَانَ جُنُودُهُ مِنَ الْجِنِّ وَالْإِنْسِ وَالطَّيْرِ فَهُمْ يُوزَعُونَ
Wa Ĥushira Lisulaymāna Junūduhu Mina Al-Jinni Wa Al-‘Insi Wa Aţ-Ţayri Fahum Yūza`ūna
27:17  And were gathered for Sulaiman his hosts of jinn and the men and the birds, and they (were) set in rows.
17. Wa hushira Sulaimaana junooduhoo minal jinni wal insi wattairi fahum yooza’oon
18. حَتَّىٰ إِذَا أَتَوْا عَلَىٰ وَادِ النَّمْلِ قَالَتْ نَمْلَةٌ يَا أَيُّهَا النَّمْلُ ادْخُلُوا مَسَاكِنَكُمْ لَا يَحْطِمَنَّكُمْ سُلَيْمَانُ وَجُنُودُهُ وَهُمْ لَا يَشْعُرُونَ
Ĥattá Idhā Ataw `Alá Wādī An-Namli Qālat Namlatun Yā ‘Ayyuhā An-Namlu Adkhulū Masākinakum Yaĥţimannakum Sulaymānu Wa Junūduhu Wa Hum Yash`urūna
27:18  Until, when they came to (the) valley (of) the ants, said an ant,O ants! Enter your dwellings not lest crush you Sulaiman and his hosts while they not perceive.”
18. hattaaa izaaa ataw ‘alaa waadin namli qaalat namlatuny yaaa aiyuhan namlud khuloo masaakinakum laa yahtimannakum Sulaimaanu wa junooduhoo wa hum laa yash’uroon
19. فَتَبَسَّمَ ضَاحِكًا مِنْ قَوْلِهَا وَقَالَ رَبِّ أَوْزِعْنِي أَنْ أَشْكُرَ نِعْمَتَكَ الَّتِي أَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيَّ وَعَلَىٰ وَالِدَيَّ وَأَنْ أَعْمَلَ صَالِحًا تَرْضَاهُ وَأَدْخِلْنِي بِرَحْمَتِكَ فِي عِبَادِكَ الصَّالِحِينَ
Fatabassama Đāĥikāan Min Qawlihā Wa Qāla Rabbi ‘Awzi`nī AnAshkura Ni`mataka Allatī ‘An`amta `Alayya Wa `Alá Wa A-Dayya Wa ‘An ‘A`mala Şāliĥāan Tarđāhu Wa ‘Adkhilnī Biraĥmatika `Ibādika Aş-Şāliĥīna
27:19  So he smiledlaughing at her speech and said,My Lord! Grant me (the) power that I may thank You (for) Your Favor which You have bestowed on me and on my parents and that I may do righteous (deeds), that will please You. And admit me by Your Mercy among Your slaves righteous.”
19. Fatabassama daahikam min qawlihaa wa qaala Rabbi awzi’nee an ashkura ni’mata kal lateee an’amta ‘alaiya wa ‘alaa waalidaiya wa an a’mala saalihan tardaahu wa adkhilnee birahmatika fee ‘ibaadikas saaliheen
20. وَتَفَقَّدَ الطَّيْرَ فَقَالَ مَا لِيَ لَا أَرَى الْهُدْهُدَ أَمْ كَانَ مِنَ الْغَائِبِينَ
Wa Tafaqqada Aţ-Ţayra Faqāla Lā Ará Al-Hud/hudaAm Kāna Mina Al-Ghā’ibīna
27:20  And he inspected the birds and said,Why (for) me not I see the hoopoe or is he from the absent?
20. Wa tafaqqadat taira faqaala maa liya laaa araa al hudhuda, am kaana minal ghaaa’ibeen
21. لَأُعَذِّبَنَّهُ عَذَابًا شَدِيدًا أَوْ لَأَذْبَحَنَّهُ أَوْ لَيَأْتِيَنِّي بِسُلْطَانٍ مُبِينٍ
La’u`adhdhibannahu `Adhābāan Shadīdāan Aw La’adhbaĥannahu ‘Aw Laya’tiyanī Bisulţānin Mubīnin
27:21  I will surely punish him (with) a punishment severe or I will surely slaughter him unless he brings me a reason clear.”
21. La-u’azzibanahoo ‘azaaban shadeedan aw la azbahannahoo aw layaatiyannee bisultaanim mubeen
22. فَمَكَثَ غَيْرَ بَعِيدٍ فَقَالَ أَحَطْتُ بِمَا لَمْ تُحِطْ بِهِ وَجِئْتُكَ مِنْ سَبَإٍ بِنَبَإٍ يَقِينٍ
Famakatha Ghayra Ba`īdin Faqāla Aĥaţtu Bimā Lam Tuĥiţ Bihi Wa Ji’tuka Min Saba’iin Binaba’iin Yaqīnin
27:22  So he stayed not long, and he said,I have encompassed that which not you have encompassed it, and I have come to you from Saba with news certain.
22. Famakasa ghaira ba’eedin faqaala ahattu bimaa lam tuhit bihee wa ji’tuka min Sabaim binaba iny-yaqeen
23. إِنِّي وَجَدْتُ امْرَأَةً تَمْلِكُهُمْ وَأُوتِيَتْ مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ وَلَهَا عَرْشٌ عَظِيمٌ
Innī Wa Jadttu Amra’atan Tamlikuhum Wa ‘Ūtiyat Min Kulli Shay’in Wa Lahā `Arshun `Ažīmun
27:23  Indeed, I found a woman ruling them and she has been given of every thing and for her (is) a throne great.
23. Innee wajattum ra atan tamlikuhum wa ootiyat min kulli shai’inw wa lahaa ‘arshun ‘azeem
24. وَجَدْتُهَا وَقَوْمَهَا يَسْجُدُونَ لِلشَّمْسِ مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ وَزَيَّنَ لَهُمُ الشَّيْطَانُ أَعْمَالَهُمْ فَصَدَّهُمْ عَنِ السَّبِيلِ فَهُمْ لَا يَهْتَدُونَ
Wa Jadtuhā Wa Qawmahā Yasjudūna Lilshshamsi Min Dūni Al-Lahi Wa Zayyana Lahumu Ash-ShayţānuA`mālahum Faşaddahum `Ani As-Sabīli Fahum Yahtadūna
27:24  And I found her and her people prostrating to the sun from instead (of) Allah, and has made fair-seeming to them the Shaitaan their deeds, and averted them from the Way, so they (are) not guided,
24. Wajattuhaa wa qawmahaa yasjudoona lishshamsi min doonil laahi wa zaiyana lahumush Shaitaanu a’maalahum fasaddahum ‘anis sabeeli fahum laa yahtadoon
25. أَلَّا يَسْجُدُوا لِلَّهِ الَّذِي يُخْرِجُ الْخَبْءَ فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَيَعْلَمُ مَا تُخْفُونَ وَمَا تُعْلِنُونَ
Allā Yasjudū Lillahi Al-Ladhī Yukhriju Al-Khab’a Fī As-Samāwāti Wa Al-‘Arđi Wa Ya`lamu Tukhfūna Wa Mā Tu`linūna
27:25  That not they prostrate to Allah, the One Who brings forth the hidden in the heavens and the earth and knows what you conceal and what you declare,
25. Allaa yasjudoo lillaahil lazee yukhrijul khab’a fis samaawaati wal ardi wa ya’lamu maa tukhfoona wa maa tu’linoon
26. اللَّهُ لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ رَبُّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيمِ ۩
Al-Lahu Lā Ilāha Illā Huwa Rabbu Al-`Arshi Al-`Ažīmi
27:26  Allah (there is) no god but He, (the) Lord (of) the Throne the Great.”
26. Allaahu laaa ilaaha illaa Huwa Rabbul ‘Arshil Azeem (make sajda)
27. قَالَ سَنَنْظُرُ أَصَدَقْتَ أَمْ كُنْتَ مِنَ الْكَاذِبِينَ
Qāla Sananžuru Aşadaqta Am Kunta Mina Al-Kādhibīna
27:27  He said, We will see whether you speak (the) truth or you are of the liars.
27. Qaala sananzuru asadaqta am kunta minal kaazibeen
28. اذْهَبْ بِكِتَابِي هَٰذَا فَأَلْقِهْ إِلَيْهِمْ ثُمَّ تَوَلَّ عَنْهُمْ فَانْظُرْ مَاذَا يَرْجِعُونَ
Adh/hab Bikitābī Hādhā Fa’alqihIlayhim Thumma Tawalla `Anhum Fānžur Mādhā Yarji`ūna
27:28  Go with my letter, this, and deliver it to them. Then turn away from them and see what they return.
28. Izhab bikitaabee haaza fa alqih ilaihim summma tawalla ‘anhum fanzur maazaa yarji’oon
29. قَالَتْ يَا أَيُّهَا الْمَلَأُ إِنِّي أُلْقِيَ إِلَيَّ كِتَابٌ كَرِيمٌ
Qālat Yā ‘Ayyuhā Al-Mala’uInnī Ulqiya Ilayya Kitābun Karīmun
27:29  She said, O chiefs! Indeed [I], is delivered to me a letter noble.
29. Qaalat yaaa aiyuhal mala’u innee ulqiya ilaiya kitaabun kareem
30. إِنَّهُ مِنْ سُلَيْمَانَ وَإِنَّهُ بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
Innahu Min Sulaymāna Wa ‘Innahu Bismi Al-Lahi Ar-Raĥmāni Ar-Raĥīmi
27:30  Indeed, it (is) from Sulaiman and indeed it (is), “In the name (of) Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful,
30. Innahoo min Sulaimaana wa innahoo bismil laahir Rahmaanir Raheem
31. أَلَّا تَعْلُوا عَلَيَّ وَأْتُونِي مُسْلِمِينَ
Allā Ta`lū `Alayya Wa ‘Tūnī Muslimīna
27:31  That not exalt yourselves against me, but come to me (in) submission.”
31. Allaa ta’loo ‘alaiya waa toonee muslimeen (section 2)
32. قَالَتْ يَا أَيُّهَا الْمَلَأُ أَفْتُونِي فِي أَمْرِي مَا كُنْتُ قَاطِعَةً أَمْرًا حَتَّىٰ تَشْهَدُونِ
Qālat Yā ‘Ayyuhā Al-Mala’u Aftūnī Fī Amrī Kuntu Qāţi`atanAmrāan Ĥattá Tash/hadūni
27:32  She said,O chiefs! Advise me in my affair. Not I would be the one to decide any matter until you are present with me.
32. Qaalat yaaa aiyuhal mala’u aftoonee fee amree maa kuntu qaati’atan amran hattaa tashhhadoon
33. قَالُوا نَحْنُ أُولُو قُوَّةٍ وَأُولُو بَأْسٍ شَدِيدٍ وَالْأَمْرُ إِلَيْكِ فَانْظُرِي مَاذَا تَأْمُرِينَ
Qālū Naĥnu Ūlū Qūwatin Wa ‘Ūlū Ba’sin Shadīdin Wa Al-‘AmruIlayki Fānžurī Mādhā Ta’murīna
27:33  They said,We (are) possessors (of) strength and possessors (of) might great, and the command (is) up to you, so look what you will command.”
33. Qaaloo nahnu uloo quwwatinw wa uloo baasin shadeed; wal amru ilaiki fanzuree maazaa taamureen
34. قَالَتْ إِنَّ الْمُلُوكَ إِذَا دَخَلُوا قَرْيَةً أَفْسَدُوهَا وَجَعَلُوا أَعِزَّةَ أَهْلِهَا أَذِلَّةً ۖ وَكَذَٰلِكَ يَفْعَلُونَ
Qālat Inna Al-MulūkaIdhā Dakhalū Qaryatan Afsadūhā Wa Ja`alū ‘A`izzataAhlihā Adhillatan Wa Kadhalika Yaf`alūna
27:34  She said,Indeed, the kings, when they enter a town they ruin it and make (the) most honorable (of) its people (the) lowest. And thus they do.
34. Qaalat innal mulooka izaa dakhaloo qaryatan afsadoohaa wa ja’alooo a’izzata ahlihaaa azillah; wa kazaalika yaf’aloon
35. وَإِنِّي مُرْسِلَةٌ إِلَيْهِمْ بِهَدِيَّةٍ فَنَاظِرَةٌ بِمَ يَرْجِعُ الْمُرْسَلُونَ
Wa ‘Innī Mursilatun Ilayhim Bihadīyatin Fanāžiratun Bima Yarji`u Al-Mursalūna
27:35  But indeed, I am going to send to them a gift and see with what return the messengers.
35. Wa innee mursilatun ilaihim bihadiyyatin fanaaziratum bima yarji’ul mursaloon
36. فَلَمَّا جَاءَ سُلَيْمَانَ قَالَ أَتُمِدُّونَنِ بِمَالٍ فَمَا آتَانِيَ اللَّهُ خَيْرٌ مِمَّا آتَاكُمْ بَلْ أَنْتُمْ بِهَدِيَّتِكُمْ تَفْرَحُونَ
Falammā Jā’a Sulaymāna Qāla Atumiddūnani Bimālin Famā Ātāniya Al-Lahu Khayrun Mimmā Ātākum Bal Antum Bihadīyatikum Tafraĥūna
27:36  So when came (to) Sulaiman he said,Will you provide me with wealth? But what has given me Allah (is) better than what He has given you. Nay, you in your gift rejoice.
36. Falammaa jaaa’a Sulaimaana qaala atumiddoonani bimaalin famaaa aataaniyal laahu khairum mimmmaaa aataakum bal antum bihadiy-yatikum tafrahoon
37. ارْجِعْ إِلَيْهِمْ فَلَنَأْتِيَنَّهُمْ بِجُنُودٍ لَا قِبَلَ لَهُمْ بِهَا وَلَنُخْرِجَنَّهُمْ مِنْهَا أَذِلَّةً وَهُمْ صَاغِرُونَ
Arji` ‘Ilayhim Falana’tiyannahum Bijunūdin  Qibala Lahum Bihā Wa Lanukhrijannahum Minhā Adhillatan Wa Hum Şāghirūna
27:37  Return to them, surely, we will come to them with hosts not (is) resistance for them of it, and surely, we will drive them out from there (in) humiliation, and they (will be) abased.”
37. Irji’ ilaihim falanaatiyan nahum bijunoodil laa qibala lahum bihaa wa lanukhri jannahum minhaaa azillatanw wa hum saaghiroon
38. قَالَ يَا أَيُّهَا الْمَلَأُ أَيُّكُمْ يَأْتِينِي بِعَرْشِهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ يَأْتُونِي مُسْلِمِينَ
Qāla Yā ‘Ayyuhā Al-Mala’u Ayyukum Ya’tīnī Bi`arshihā Qabla An Ya’tūnī Muslimīna
27:38  He said, “O chiefs! Which of you will bring me her throne before that they come to me (in) submission?”
38. Qaala yaaa aiyuhal mala’u aiyukum yaateenee bi’arshihaa qabla ai yaatoonee muslimeen
39. قَالَ عِفْرِيتٌ مِنَ الْجِنِّ أَنَا آتِيكَ بِهِ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَقُومَ مِنْ مَقَامِكَ ۖ وَإِنِّي عَلَيْهِ لَقَوِيٌّ أَمِينٌ
Qāla `Ifrytun Mina Al-Jinni Anā Ātīka Bihi Qabla An Taqūma Min Maqāmika Wa ‘Innī `Alayhi Laqawīyun Amīnun
27:39  Said a strong one of the jinn,I will bring to you it before [that] you rise from your place. And indeed, I am for it surely, strong, trustworthy.”
39. Qaala ‘ifreetum minal jinni ana aateeka bihee qabla an taqooma mim maqaamika wa innee ‘alaihi laqawiyyun ameen
40. قَالَ الَّذِي عِنْدَهُ عِلْمٌ مِنَ الْكِتَابِ أَنَا آتِيكَ بِهِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَرْتَدَّ إِلَيْكَ طَرْفُكَ ۚ فَلَمَّا رَآهُ مُسْتَقِرًّا عِنْدَهُ قَالَ هَٰذَا مِنْ فَضْلِ رَبِّي لِيَبْلُوَنِي أَأَشْكُرُ أَمْ أَكْفُرُ ۖ وَمَنْ شَكَرَ فَإِنَّمَا يَشْكُرُ لِنَفْسِهِ ۖ وَمَنْ كَفَرَ فَإِنَّ رَبِّي غَنِيٌّ كَرِيمٌ
Qāla Al-Ladhī `Indahu `Ilmun Mina Al-KitābiAnā Ātīka Bihi Qabla An Yartadda Ilayka Ţarfuka Falammā Ra’āhu Mustaqirrāan `Indahu Qāla Hādhā Min Fađli Rabbī Liyabluwanī A’ashkuru Am Akfuru Wa Man Shakara Fa’innamā Yashkuru Linafsihi Wa Man Kafara Fa’inna Rabbī Ghanīyun Karīmun
27:40  Said one who, with him (was) knowledge of the Scripture,I will bring to you it before [that] returns to you your glance.” Then when he saw it placed before him, he said, This (is) from (the) Favor (of) my Lord, to test me whether I am grateful or I am ungrateful. And whoever (is) grateful then only he is grateful for his own soul. And whoever (is) ungrateful, then indeed, my Lord (is) Self-sufficient, Noble.”
40. Qaalal lazee indahoo ‘ilmum minal Kitaabi ana aateeka bihee qabla ai yartadda ilaika tarfuk; falammaa ra aahu mustaqirran ‘indahoo qaala haazaa min fadli Rabbee li yabluwaneee ‘a-ashkuru am akfuru wa man shakara fa innamaa yashkuru linafsihee wa man kafara fa inna Rabbee Ghaniyyun Kareem
41. قَالَ نَكِّرُوا لَهَا عَرْشَهَا نَنْظُرْ أَتَهْتَدِي أَمْ تَكُونُ مِنَ الَّذِينَ لَا يَهْتَدُونَ
Qāla Nakkirū Lahā `Arshahā Nanžur Atahtadī Am Takūnu Mina Al-Ladhīna Yahtadūna
27:41  He said,Disguise for her her throne; we will see whether she will be guided or will be of those who not are guided.”
41. Qaala nakkiroo lahaa ‘arshahaa nanzur atahtadeee am takoonu minal lazeena laa yahtadoon
42. فَلَمَّا جَاءَتْ قِيلَ أَهَٰكَذَا عَرْشُكِ ۖ قَالَتْ كَأَنَّهُ هُوَ ۚ وَأُوتِينَا الْعِلْمَ مِنْ قَبْلِهَا وَكُنَّا مُسْلِمِينَ
Falammā Jā’at Qīla Ahakadhā `Arshuki Qālat Ka’annahu Huwa Wa ‘Ūtīnā Al-`Ilma Min Qablihā Wa Kunnā Muslimīna
27:42  So when she came, it was said, “Is like this your throne?” She said,It is like it.” “And we were given the knowledge from before her and we have been Muslims.”
42. Falammaa jaaa’at qeela ahaakaza ‘arshuki qaalat ka’annahoo hoo; wa ooteenal ‘ilma min qablihaa wa kunnaa muslimeen
43. وَصَدَّهَا مَا كَانَتْ تَعْبُدُ مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ ۖ إِنَّهَا كَانَتْ مِنْ قَوْمٍ كَافِرِينَ
Wa Şaddahā Kānat Ta`budu Min Dūni Al-Lahi Innahā Kānat Min Qawmin Kāfirīna
27:43  And has averted her what she used (to) worship from besides Allah. Indeed, she was from a people who disbelieve.
43. Wa saddahaa maa kaanat ta’budu min doonil laahi innahaa kaanat min qawmin kaafireen
44. قِيلَ لَهَا ادْخُلِي الصَّرْحَ ۖ فَلَمَّا رَأَتْهُ حَسِبَتْهُ لُجَّةً وَكَشَفَتْ عَنْ سَاقَيْهَا ۚ قَالَ إِنَّهُ صَرْحٌ مُمَرَّدٌ مِنْ قَوَارِيرَ ۗ قَالَتْ رَبِّ إِنِّي ظَلَمْتُ نَفْسِي وَأَسْلَمْتُ مَعَ سُلَيْمَانَ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ
Qīla Lahā Adkhulī Aş-Şarĥa Falammā Ra’at/hu Ĥasibat/hu Lujjatan Wa Kashafat `An Sāqayhā Qāla Innahu Şarĥun Mumarradun Min Qawārīra Qālat Rabbi Innī Žalamtu Nafsī Wa ‘Aslamtu Ma`a Sulaymāna Lillahi Rabbi Al-`Ālamīna
27:44  It was said to her, “Enter the palace.Then when she saw it, she thought it (was) a pool, and she uncovered [on] her shins. He said, “Indeed, it (is) a palace made smooth of glass.” She said,My Lord, indeed, I [I] have wronged myself, and I submit with Sulaiman to Allah, (the) Lord (of) the worlds.”
44. Qeela lahad khulis sarha falammaa ra at hu hasibat hu lujjatanw wa khashafat ‘an saaqaihaa; qaala innahoo sarhum mumarradum min qawaareer; qaalat Rabbi innee zalamtu nafsee wa aslamtu ma’a Sulaimaana lillaahi Rabbil ‘aalameen (section 3)
45. وَلَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا إِلَىٰ ثَمُودَ أَخَاهُمْ صَالِحًا أَنِ اعْبُدُوا اللَّهَ فَإِذَا هُمْ فَرِيقَانِ يَخْتَصِمُونَ
Wa Laqad ‘Arsalnā Ilá Thamūda Akhāhum Şāliĥāan Ani A`budū Al-Laha Fa’idhā Hum Farīqāni Yakhtaşimūna
27:45  And certainly, We sent to Thamud their brother Salih that, “Worship Allah.” Then behold! They (became) two parties quarreling.
45. Wa laqad arsalnaaa ilaa Samooda akhaahum Saalihan ani’budul laaha fa izaa hum fareeqaani yakhtasimoon
46. قَالَ يَا قَوْمِ لِمَ تَسْتَعْجِلُونَ بِالسَّيِّئَةِ قَبْلَ الْحَسَنَةِ ۖ لَوْلَا تَسْتَغْفِرُونَ اللَّهَ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُرْحَمُونَ
Qāla Yā Qawmi Lima Tasta`jilūna Bis-Sayyi’ati Qabla Al-Ĥasanati Lawlā Tastaghfirūna Al-Laha La`allakum Turĥamūna
27:46  He said, “O my people! Why (do) you seek to hasten the evil before the good? Why not you ask forgiveness (of) Allah so that you may receive mercy?
46. Qaala yaa qawmi lima tasta’jiloona bissaiyi’ati qablal hasanati law laa tas taghfiroonal laaha la’allakum turhamoon
47. قَالُوا اطَّيَّرْنَا بِكَ وَبِمَنْ مَعَكَ ۚ قَالَ طَائِرُكُمْ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ ۖ بَلْ أَنْتُمْ قَوْمٌ تُفْتَنُونَ
Qālū Aţţayyarnā Bika Wa Biman Ma`aka Qāla Ţā’irukum `Inda Al-Lahi Bal Antum Qawmun Tuftanūna
27:47  They said, We consider a bad omen you and those with you.He said,Your bad omen (is) with Allah. Nay, you (are) a people being tested.”
47. Qaalut taiyarnaa bika wa bimam ma’ak; qaala taaa’irukum ‘indal laahi bal antum qawmun tuftanoon
48. وَكَانَ فِي الْمَدِينَةِ تِسْعَةُ رَهْطٍ يُفْسِدُونَ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَا يُصْلِحُونَ
Wa Kāna Fī Al-Madīnati Tis`atu Rahţin Yufsidūna Fī Al-‘Arđi Wa Lā Yuşliĥūna
27:48  And were in the city nine family heads, they were spreading corruption in the land and not reforming.
48. Wa kaana fil madeenati tis’atu rahtiny yufsidoona fil ardi wa laa yuslihoon
49. قَالُوا تَقَاسَمُوا بِاللَّهِ لَنُبَيِّتَنَّهُ وَأَهْلَهُ ثُمَّ لَنَقُولَنَّ لِوَلِيِّهِ مَا شَهِدْنَا مَهْلِكَ أَهْلِهِ وَإِنَّا لَصَادِقُونَ
Qālū Taqāsamū Bil-Lahi Lanubayyitannahu Wa ‘Ahlahu Thumma Lanaqūlanna Liwalīyihi Mā Shahidnā Mahlika Ahlihi Wa ‘Innā Laşādiqūna
27:49  They said,Swear to each other by Allah surely, we will attack him by night, and his family. Then we will surely say to his heir, “Not we witnessed (the) destruction (of) his family, and indeed, we (are) surely truthful.
49. Qaaloo taqaasamoo billaahi lanubaiyitannahoo wa ahlahoo summaa lanaqoolana liwaliy yihee maa shahidnaa mahlika ahlihee wa innaa lasaadiqoon
50. وَمَكَرُوا مَكْرًا وَمَكَرْنَا مَكْرًا وَهُمْ لَا يَشْعُرُونَ
Wa Makarū Makrāan Wa Makarnā Makrāan Wa Hum Yash`urūna
27:50  So they plotted a plot and We planned a plan, while they (did) not perceive.
50. Wa makaroo makranw wa makarnaa makranw wa hum laa yash’uroon
51. فَانْظُرْ كَيْفَ كَانَ عَاقِبَةُ مَكْرِهِمْ أَنَّا دَمَّرْنَاهُمْ وَقَوْمَهُمْ أَجْمَعِينَ
Fānžur Kayfa Kāna `Āqibatu Makrihim Annā Dammarnāhum Wa Qawmahum ‘Ajma`īna
27:51  Then see how was (the) end (of) their plot, that We destroyed them and their people all.
51. Fanzur kaifa kaana ‘aaqibatu makrihim annaa dammar naahum wa qawmahum ajma’een
52. فَتِلْكَ بُيُوتُهُمْ خَاوِيَةً بِمَا ظَلَمُوا ۗ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَآيَةً لِقَوْمٍ يَعْلَمُونَ
Fatilka Buyūtuhum Khāwiyatan Bimā Žalamū Inna Fī Dhālika La’āyatan Liqawmin Ya`lamūna
27:52  So, these (are) their houses, ruined because they wronged. Indeed, in that surely, is a sign for a people who know.
52. Fatilka buyootuhum khaa wiyatam bimaa zalamoo; inna fee zaalika la Aayatal liqaw miny-ya’lamoon
53. وَأَنْجَيْنَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَكَانُوا يَتَّقُونَ
Wa ‘Anjaynā Al-LadhīnaĀmanū Wa Kānū Yattaqūna
27:53  And We saved those who believed and used (to) fear (Allah).
53. Wa anjainal lazeena aamanoo wa kaanoo yattaqoon
54. وَلُوطًا إِذْ قَالَ لِقَوْمِهِ أَتَأْتُونَ الْفَاحِشَةَ وَأَنْتُمْ تُبْصِرُونَ
Wa LūţāanIdh Qāla Liqawmihi ‘Ata’tūna Al-Fāĥishata Wa ‘Antum Tubşirūna
27:54  And Lut, when he said to his people,Do you commit [the] immorality while you see?
54. Wa lootan iz qaala liqawmiheee ataatoonal faa hishata wa antum tubsiroon
55. أَئِنَّكُمْ لَتَأْتُونَ الرِّجَالَ شَهْوَةً مِنْ دُونِ النِّسَاءِ ۚ بَلْ أَنْتُمْ قَوْمٌ تَجْهَلُونَ
A’innakum Lata’tūna Ar-Rijāla Shahwatan Min Dūni An-NisāBal Antum Qawmun Tajhalūna
27:55  Why do you approach the men (with) lust from instead of the women? Nay, you (are) a people ignorant.”
55. A’innakum lataatoonar rijaala shahwatam min doonin nisaaa’; bal antum qawmun tajhaloon (End Juz 19)
56. فَمَا كَانَ جَوَابَ قَوْمِهِ إِلَّا أَنْ قَالُوا أَخْرِجُوا آلَ لُوطٍ مِنْ قَرْيَتِكُمْ ۖ إِنَّهُمْ أُنَاسٌ يَتَطَهَّرُونَ
Famā Kāna Jawāba Qawmihi Illā An Qālū Akhrijū Āla Lūţin Min Qaryatikum Innahum Unāsun Yataţahharūna
27:56  But not was (the) answer (of) his people except that they said, “Drive out (the) family (of) Lut from your town. Indeed, they (are) people who keep clean and pure.”
56. Famaa kaana jawaaba qawmiheee illaaa an qaalooo akhrijooo aalaa Lootim min qaryatikum innahum unaasuny yatatahharoon
57. فَأَنْجَيْنَاهُ وَأَهْلَهُ إِلَّا امْرَأَتَهُ قَدَّرْنَاهَا مِنَ الْغَابِرِينَ
Fa’anjaynāhu Wa ‘Ahlahu ‘Illā Amra’atahu Qaddarnāhā Mina Al-Ghābirīna
27:57  So We saved him and his family, except his wife; We destined her (to be) of those who remained behind.
57. Fa anjainaahu wa ahlahooo illam ra atahoo qaddarnaahaa minal ghaabireen
58. وَأَمْطَرْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ مَطَرًا ۖ فَسَاءَ مَطَرُ الْمُنْذَرِينَ
Wa ‘Amţarnā `Alayhim Maţarāan Fasā’a Maţaru Al-Mundharīna
27:58  And We rained upon them a rain, and was evil (the) rain (on) those who were warned.
58. Wa amtarnaa ‘alaihimm mataran fasaaa’a matarul munzareen (section 4)
59. قُلِ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ وَسَلَامٌ عَلَىٰ عِبَادِهِ الَّذِينَ اصْطَفَىٰ ۗ آللَّهُ خَيْرٌ أَمَّا يُشْرِكُونَ
Quli Al-Ĥamdu Lillahi Wa Salāmun `Alá `Ibādihi Al-Ladhīna Aşţafá Āālllahu Khayrun Ammā Yushrikūna
27:59  Say, “All praise (be) to Allah, and peace (be) upon His slaves those whom He has chosen. Is Allah better or what they associate (with Him)?”
59. Qulil hamdu lillaahi wa salaamun ‘alaa ‘ibaadihil lazeenas tafaa; aaallaahu khairun ammmaa yushrikoon
60. أَمَّنْ خَلَقَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ وَأَنْزَلَ لَكُمْ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ مَاءً فَأَنْبَتْنَا بِهِ حَدَائِقَ ذَاتَ بَهْجَةٍ مَا كَانَ لَكُمْ أَنْ تُنْبِتُوا شَجَرَهَا ۗ أَإِلَٰهٌ مَعَ اللَّهِ ۚ بَلْ هُمْ قَوْمٌ يَعْدِلُونَ
Amman Khalaqa As-Samāwāti Wa Al-‘Arđa Wa ‘Anzala Lakum Mina As-Samā’i Mā’an Fa’anbatnā Bihi Ĥadā’iqa Dhāta Bahjatin  Kāna Lakum An Tunbitū Shajarahā ‘A’ilahun Ma`a Al-Lahi Bal Hum Qawmun Ya`dilūna
27:60  Or Who has created the heavens and the earth and sent down for you from the sky water? And We caused to grow thereby gardens of beauty (and delight), not it is for you that you cause to grow their trees. Is there any god with Allah? Nay, they (are) a people who ascribe equals.
60. Amman khalaqas samaawaati wal arda wa anzala lakum minas samaaa’i maaa’an fa anbatnaa bihee hadaaa’iqa zaata bahjah; maa kaana lakum an tunbitoo shajarahaa; ‘a-ilaahun ma’al laah; bal hum qawmuny ya’diloon
61. أَمَّنْ جَعَلَ الْأَرْضَ قَرَارًا وَجَعَلَ خِلَالَهَا أَنْهَارًا وَجَعَلَ لَهَا رَوَاسِيَ وَجَعَلَ بَيْنَ الْبَحْرَيْنِ حَاجِزًا ۗ أَإِلَٰهٌ مَعَ اللَّهِ ۚ بَلْ أَكْثَرُهُمْ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ
Amman Ja`ala Al-‘Arđa Qarārāan Wa Ja`ala Khilālahā Anhārāan Wa Ja`ala Lahā Rawāsiya Wa Ja`ala Bayna Al-Baĥrayni Ĥājizāan ‘A’ilahun Ma`a Al-Lahi Bal Aktharuhum Ya`lamūna
27:61  Or Who made the earth a firm abode and made (in) its midst rivers and made for it firm mountains and made between the two seas a barrier? Is there any god with Allah? Nay, most of them (do) not know.
61. Ammann ja’alal arda qaraaranw wa ja’ala khilaalahaaa anhaaranw wa ja’ala lahaa rawaasiya wa ja’ala bainal bahraini haajizaa; ‘a-ilaahun ma’allah; bal aksaruhum laa ya’lamoon
62. أَمَّنْ يُجِيبُ الْمُضْطَرَّ إِذَا دَعَاهُ وَيَكْشِفُ السُّوءَ وَيَجْعَلُكُمْ خُلَفَاءَ الْأَرْضِ ۗ أَإِلَٰهٌ مَعَ اللَّهِ ۚ قَلِيلًا مَا تَذَكَّرُونَ
Amman Yujību Al-MuđţarraIdhā Da`āhu Wa Yakshifu As-Sū’a Wa Yaj`alukum Khulafā’a Al-‘Arđi ‘A’ilahun Ma`a Al-Lahi Qalīlāan  Tadhakkarūna
27:62  Or Who responds (to) the distressed one when he calls Him and He removes the evil and makes you inheritors (of) the earth? Is there any god with Allah? Little (is) what you remember.
62. Ammany-yujeebul mud tarra izaa da’aahu wa yakshifus sooo’a wa yaj’alukum khula faaa’al ardi ‘a-ilaahun ma’allah qaleelan maa tazak karoon
63. أَمَّنْ يَهْدِيكُمْ فِي ظُلُمَاتِ الْبَرِّ وَالْبَحْرِ وَمَنْ يُرْسِلُ الرِّيَاحَ بُشْرًا بَيْنَ يَدَيْ رَحْمَتِهِ ۗ أَإِلَٰهٌ مَعَ اللَّهِ ۚ تَعَالَى اللَّهُ عَمَّا يُشْرِكُونَ
Amman Yahdīkum Žulumāti Al-Barri Wa Al-Baĥri Wa Man Yursilu Ar-Riyāĥa Bushrāan Bayna Yaday Raĥmatihi ‘A’ilahun Ma`a Al-Lahi Ta`ālá Al-Lahu `Ammā Yushrikūna
27:63  Or Who, guides you in (the) darkness[es] (of) the land and the sea and Who sends the winds (as) glad tidings (from) between (hands) His Mercy? Is there any god with Allah? High is Allah above what they associate (with Him).
63. Ammany-yahdeekum fee zulumaatil barri wal bahri wa many yursilu riyaaha bushran baina yadai rahmatih; ‘a-ilaahun ma’allah; Ta’aalal laahu ‘ammaa yushrikoon
64. أَمَّنْ يَبْدَأُ الْخَلْقَ ثُمَّ يُعِيدُهُ وَمَنْ يَرْزُقُكُمْ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ وَالْأَرْضِ ۗ أَإِلَٰهٌ مَعَ اللَّهِ ۚ قُلْ هَاتُوا بُرْهَانَكُمْ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ صَادِقِينَ
Amman Yabda’u Al-Khalqa Thumma Yu`īduhu Wa Man Yarzuqukum Mina As-Samā’i Wa Al-‘Arđi ‘A’ilahun Ma`a Al-Lahi Qul Hātū BurhānakumIn Kuntum Şādiqīna
27:64  Or Who originates the creation then repeats it and Who provides you from the heavens and the earth? Is there any god with Allah? Say, “Bring forth your proof if you are truthful.”
64. Ammany yabda’ul khalqa thumma yu’eeduhoo wa many-yarzuqukum minas sammaaa’i wal ard; ‘a-ilaahun ma’allah; qul haatoo burhaanakum in kuntum saadiqeen
65. قُلْ لَا يَعْلَمُ مَنْ فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ الْغَيْبَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ ۚ وَمَا يَشْعُرُونَ أَيَّانَ يُبْعَثُونَ
Qul  Ya`lamu Man Fī As-Samāwāti Wa Al-‘ArđAl-GhaybaIllā Al-Lahu Wa Mā Yash`urūnaAyyāna Yub`athūna
27:65  Say, “No (one) knows whoever (is) in the heavens and the earth (of) the unseen except Allah, and not they perceive when they will be resurrected.”
65. Qul laa ya’lamu man fis sammaawaati wal ardil ghaiba illal laah; wa maa yash’uroona aiyaana yub’asoon
66. بَلِ ادَّارَكَ عِلْمُهُمْ فِي الْآخِرَةِ ۚ بَلْ هُمْ فِي شَكٍّ مِنْهَا ۖ بَلْ هُمْ مِنْهَا عَمُونَ
Bal Addāraka `Ilmuhum Fī Al-‘Ākhirati Bal Hum Fī Shakkin Minhā Bal Hum Minhā `Amūna
27:66  Nay, is arrested their knowledge of the Hereafter? Nay they (are) in doubt about it. Nay, they about it (are) blind.
66. Balid daaraka ‘ilmuhum fil Aakhirah; bal hum fee shakkin minhaa bal hum minhaa ‘amoon (section 5)
67. وَقَالَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا أَإِذَا كُنَّا تُرَابًا وَآبَاؤُنَا أَئِنَّا لَمُخْرَجُونَ
Wa Qāla Al-Ladhīna Kafarū ‘A’idhā Kunnā Turābāan Wa ‘Ābā’uunā ‘A’innā Lamukhrajūna
27:67  And say those who disbelieve, “What, when we have become dust and our forefathers, will we surely be brought out?
67. Wa qaalal lazeena kafarooo ‘a-izaa kunnaa turaabanw wa aabaaa’unaaa a’innaa lamukhrajoon
68. لَقَدْ وُعِدْنَا هَٰذَا نَحْنُ وَآبَاؤُنَا مِنْ قَبْلُ إِنْ هَٰذَا إِلَّا أَسَاطِيرُ الْأَوَّلِينَ
Laqad Wu`idnā Hādhā Naĥnu Wa ‘Ābā’uunā Min Qablu In Hādhā Illā Asāţīru Al-‘Awwalīna
27:68  Certainly, we have been promised this, we and our forefathers from before. Not (is) this except tales (of) the former (people).”
68. Laqad wu’idnaa haazaa nahnu wa aabaaa’unaa min qablu in haazaaa illaaa asaateerul awwaleen
69. قُلْ سِيرُوا فِي الْأَرْضِ فَانْظُرُوا كَيْفَ كَانَ عَاقِبَةُ الْمُجْرِمِينَ
Qul Sīrū Fī Al-‘Arđi Fānžurū Kayfa Kāna `Āqibatu Al-Mujrimīna
27:69  Say, “Travel in the land, and see how was (the) end (of) the criminals.
69. Qul seeroo fil ardi fanzuroo kaifa kaana ‘aaqibatul mujrimeen
70. وَلَا تَحْزَنْ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا تَكُنْ فِي ضَيْقٍ مِمَّا يَمْكُرُونَ
Wa Lā Taĥzan `Alayhim Wa Lā Takun  Đayqin Mimmā Yamkurūna
27:70  And (do) not grieve over them and not be in distress from what they plot.
70. Wa laa tahzan ‘alaihim wa laa takun fee daiqin mimmaa yamkuroon
71. وَيَقُولُونَ مَتَىٰ هَٰذَا الْوَعْدُ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ صَادِقِينَ
Wa Yaqūlūna Matá Hādhā Al-Wa`duIn Kuntum Şādiqīna
27:71  And they say,When (will) this promise (be fulfilled), if you are truthful.”
71. Wa yaqooloona mataa haazal wa’du in kuntum saadiqeen
72. قُلْ عَسَىٰ أَنْ يَكُونَ رَدِفَ لَكُمْ بَعْضُ الَّذِي تَسْتَعْجِلُونَ
Qul `Asá An Yakūna Radifa Lakum Ba`đu Al-Ladhī Tasta`jilūna
27:72  Say, “Perhaps that is close behind you, some (of) that which you seek to hasten.”
72. Qul ‘asaaa any-yakoona radifa lakum ba’dul lazee tasta’jiloon
73. وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَذُو فَضْلٍ عَلَى النَّاسِ وَلَٰكِنَّ أَكْثَرَهُمْ لَا يَشْكُرُونَ
Wa ‘Inna Rabbaka Ladhū Fađlin `Alá An-Nāsi Wa LakinnaAktharahum Yashkurūna
27:73  And indeed, your Lord (is) full of Bounty for the mankind, but most of them (are) not grateful.
73. Wa inna Rabbaka lazoo fadlin ‘alan naasi wa laakinna aksarahum laa yashkuroon
74. وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَيَعْلَمُ مَا تُكِنُّ صُدُورُهُمْ وَمَا يُعْلِنُونَ
Wa ‘Inna Rabbaka Laya`lamu Tukinnu Şudūruhum Wa Mā Yu`linūna
27:74  And indeed, your Lord surely knows what conceals their breasts and what they declare.
74. Wa inna Rabbaka la ya’lamu maa tukinnu sudooruhum wa maa yu’linoon
75. وَمَا مِنْ غَائِبَةٍ فِي السَّمَاءِ وَالْأَرْضِ إِلَّا فِي كِتَابٍ مُبِينٍ
Wa Mā Min Ghā’ibatin Fī As-Samā’i Wa Al-‘ArđiIllā Kitābin Mubīnin
27:75  And not (is) any (thing) hidden in the heavens and the earth but (is) in a Record clear.
75. Wa maa min ghaaa’ibatin fis samaaa’i wal ardi illaa fee kitaabin mubeen
76. إِنَّ هَٰذَا الْقُرْآنَ يَقُصُّ عَلَىٰ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ أَكْثَرَ الَّذِي هُمْ فِيهِ يَخْتَلِفُونَ
Inna Hādhā Al-Qur’āna Yaquşşu `Alá Banī ‘Isrā’īlaAkthara Al-Ladhī Hum Fīhi Yakhtalifūna
27:76  Indeed, this [the] Quran relates to (the) Children (of) Israel, most (of) that they in it differ.
76. Inna haazal Qur-aana yaqussu ‘alaa Baneee israaa’eela aksaral lazee hum feehi yakhtalifoon
77. وَإِنَّهُ لَهُدًى وَرَحْمَةٌ لِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ
Wa ‘Innahu Lahudáan Wa RaĥmatuLilmu’uminīna
27:77  And indeed, it (is) surely a guidance and a mercy for the believers.
77. Wa innahoo lahudanw wa rahmatul lilmu’mineen
78. إِنَّ رَبَّكَ يَقْضِي بَيْنَهُمْ بِحُكْمِهِ ۚ وَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الْعَلِيمُ
Inna Rabbaka Yaqđī Baynahum Biĥukmihi Wa Huwa Al-`Azīzu Al-`Alīmu
27:78  Indeed, your Lord will judge between them by His Judgment, and He (is) the All-Mighty, the All-Knower.
78. Inna Rabbaka yaqdee bainahum bihukmih; wa Huwal ‘Azeezul ‘Aleem
79. فَتَوَكَّلْ عَلَى اللَّهِ ۖ إِنَّكَ عَلَى الْحَقِّ الْمُبِينِ
Fatawakkal `Alá Al-Lahi ‘Innaka `Alá Al-Ĥaqqi Al-Mubīni
27:79  So put your trust in Allah, indeed, you (are) on the truth manifest.
79. Fatawakkal ‘alal laahi innaka ‘alal haqqil mubeen
80. إِنَّكَ لَا تُسْمِعُ الْمَوْتَىٰ وَلَا تُسْمِعُ الصُّمَّ الدُّعَاءَ إِذَا وَلَّوْا مُدْبِرِينَ
Innaka Tusmi`u Al-Mawtá Wa Lā Tusmi`u Aş-Şumma Ad-Du`ā’a Idhā Wa Llaw Mudbirīna
27:80  Indeed, you (can) not cause to hear the dead and not can you cause to hear the deaf the call when they turn back retreating.
80. Innaka laa tusmi’ul mawtaa wa laa tusmi’us summad du’aaa izaa wallaw mudbireen
81. وَمَا أَنْتَ بِهَادِي الْعُمْيِ عَنْ ضَلَالَتِهِمْ ۖ إِنْ تُسْمِعُ إِلَّا مَنْ يُؤْمِنُ بِآيَاتِنَا فَهُمْ مُسْلِمُونَ
Wa Mā Anta Bihādī Al-`Umyi `An Đalālatihim In Tusmi`uIllā Man Yu’uminu Bi’āyātinā Fahum Muslimūna
27:81  And not (can) you guide the blind from their error. Not you can cause to hear except (those) who believe in Our Signs so they (are) Muslims.
81. Wa maaa anta bihaadil ‘umyi ‘an dalaalatihim in tusmi’u illaa mai yu’minu bi aayaatinaa fahum muslimoon
82. وَإِذَا وَقَعَ الْقَوْلُ عَلَيْهِمْ أَخْرَجْنَا لَهُمْ دَابَّةً مِنَ الْأَرْضِ تُكَلِّمُهُمْ أَنَّ النَّاسَ كَانُوا بِآيَاتِنَا لَا يُوقِنُونَ
Wa ‘Idhā Waqa`a Al-Qawlu `Alayhim Akhrajnā Lahum Dābbatan Mina Al-‘Arđi Tukallimuhum Anna An-Nāsa Kānū Bi’āyātinā Yūqinūna
27:82  And when (is) fulfilled the word against them, We will bring forth for them a creature from the earth speaking to them, that the people were, of Our Signs, not certain.
82. Wa izaa waqa’al qawlu ‘alaihim akhrajnaa lahum daaabbatan minal ardi tukal limuhum annan naasa kaanoo bi aayaatinaa laa yooqinoon (section 6)
83. وَيَوْمَ نَحْشُرُ مِنْ كُلِّ أُمَّةٍ فَوْجًا مِمَّنْ يُكَذِّبُ بِآيَاتِنَا فَهُمْ يُوزَعُونَ
Wa Yawma Naĥshuru Min Kulli Ummatin Fawjāan Mimman Yukadhdhibu Bi’āyātinā Fahum Yūza`ūna
27:83  And (the) Day We will gather from every nation a troop of (those) who deny Our Signs, and they will be set in rows.
83. Wa Yawma nahshuru min kulli ummatin fawjan mimmany yukazzibu bi Aayaatinaa fahum yooza’oon
84. حَتَّىٰ إِذَا جَاءُوا قَالَ أَكَذَّبْتُمْ بِآيَاتِي وَلَمْ تُحِيطُوا بِهَا عِلْمًا أَمَّاذَا كُنْتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ
Ĥattá Idhā Jā’ū Qāla Akadhdhabtum Bi’āyātī Wa Lam Tuĥīţū Bihā `Ilmāan Ammādhā Kuntum Ta`malūna
27:84  Until, when they come, He will say, “Did you deny My Signs while not you encompassed them (in) knowledge, or what you used (to) do?”
84. Hattaaa izaa jaaa’oo qaala akazzabtum bi Aayaatee wa lam tuheetoo bihaa ‘ilman ammaazaa kuntum ta’maloon
85. وَوَقَعَ الْقَوْلُ عَلَيْهِمْ بِمَا ظَلَمُوا فَهُمْ لَا يَنْطِقُونَ
Wa Waqa`a Al-Qawlu `Alayhim Bimā Žalamū Fahum Yanţiqūna
27:85  And (will be) fulfilled the word against them because they wronged, and they (will) not speak.
85. Wa waqa’al qawlu ‘alaihim bimaa zalamoo fahum laa yantiqoon
86. أَلَمْ يَرَوْا أَنَّا جَعَلْنَا اللَّيْلَ لِيَسْكُنُوا فِيهِ وَالنَّهَارَ مُبْصِرًا ۚ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَآيَاتٍ لِقَوْمٍ يُؤْمِنُونَ
Alam Yaraw Annā Ja`alnā Al-Layla Liyaskunū Fīhi Wa An-Nahāra Mubşirāan Inna Fī Dhālika La’āyātin Liqawmin Yu’uminūna
27:86  Do not they see that We [We] have made the night that they may rest in it, and the day giving visibility? Indeed, in that surely (are) Signs for a people who believe.
86. Alam yaraw annaa ja’alnal laila li yaskunoo feehi wannahaara mubsiraa; inna fee zaalika la Aayaatil liqaw miny-yu’minoon
87. وَيَوْمَ يُنْفَخُ فِي الصُّورِ فَفَزِعَ مَنْ فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَنْ فِي الْأَرْضِ إِلَّا مَنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ ۚ وَكُلٌّ أَتَوْهُ دَاخِرِينَ
Wa Yawma Yunfakhu Fī Aş-Şūri Fafazi`a Man Fī As-Samāwāti Wa Man Fī Al-‘ArđiIllā Man Shā’a Al-Lahu Wa Kullun Atawhu Dākhirīna
27:87  And (the) Day will be blown [in] the trumpet and will be terrified whoever (is) in the heavens and whoever (is) in the earth except whom wills Allah. And all (will) come to Him humbled.
87. Wa Yawma yunfakhu fis Soori fafazi’a man fis samaawaati wa man fil ardi illaa man shaaa’al laah; wa kullun atawhu daakhireen
88. وَتَرَى الْجِبَالَ تَحْسَبُهَا جَامِدَةً وَهِيَ تَمُرُّ مَرَّ السَّحَابِ ۚ صُنْعَ اللَّهِ الَّذِي أَتْقَنَ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ ۚ إِنَّهُ خَبِيرٌ بِمَا تَفْعَلُونَ
Wa Tará Al-Jibāla Taĥsabuhā Jāmidatan Wa Hiya Tamurru Marra As-Saĥābi Şun`a Al-Lahi Al-Ladhī Atqana Kulla Shay’in Innahu Khabīrun Bimā Taf`alūna
27:88  And you see the mountains, thinking them firmly fixed, while they will pass (as the) passing (of) the clouds. (The) Work (of) Allah Who perfected all things. Indeed, He (is) All-Aware of what you do.
88. Wa taral jibaala tahsabuhaa jaamidatanw wa hiya tamurru marras sahaab; sun’al laahil lazeee atqana kulla shai’; innahoo khabeerun bimaa taf’aloon
89. مَنْ جَاءَ بِالْحَسَنَةِ فَلَهُ خَيْرٌ مِنْهَا وَهُمْ مِنْ فَزَعٍ يَوْمَئِذٍ آمِنُونَ
Man Jā’a Bil-Ĥasanati Falahu Khayrun Minhā Wa Hum Min Faza`in Yawma’idhin Āminūna
27:89  Whoever comes with the good, then for him (will be) better than it, and they, from (the) terror (of) that Day (will be) safe.
89. Man jaaa’a bil hasanati falahoo khairun minhaa wa hum min faza’iny Yawma’izin aaminoon
90. وَمَنْ جَاءَ بِالسَّيِّئَةِ فَكُبَّتْ وُجُوهُهُمْ فِي النَّارِ هَلْ تُجْزَوْنَ إِلَّا مَا كُنْتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ
Wa Man Jā’a Bis-Sayyi’ati Fakubbat Wujūhuhum Fī An-Nāri Hal Tujzawna Illā Kuntum Ta`malūna
27:90  And whoever comes with the evil, will be cast down their faces in the Fire.Are you recompensed except (for) what you used (to) do?”
90. Wa man jaaa’a bissai yi’ati fakubbat wujoohuhum fin Naari hal tujzawna illaa maa kuntum ta’maloon
91. إِنَّمَا أُمِرْتُ أَنْ أَعْبُدَ رَبَّ هَٰذِهِ الْبَلْدَةِ الَّذِي حَرَّمَهَا وَلَهُ كُلُّ شَيْءٍ ۖ وَأُمِرْتُ أَنْ أَكُونَ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ
Innamā Umirtu An A`buda Rabba Hadhihi Al-Baldati Al-Ladhī Ĥarramahā Wa Lahu Kullu Shay’in Wa ‘UmirtuAn Akūna Mina Al-Muslimīna
27:91  “Only I am commanded that I worship (the) Lord (of) this city, the One Who made it sacred and to Him (belongs) all things. And I am commanded that I be of the Muslims
91. Innamaaa umirtu an a’buda Rabba haazihil baldatil lazee harramahaa wa lahoo kullu shai’inw wa umirtu an akoona minal muslimeen
92. وَأَنْ أَتْلُوَ الْقُرْآنَ ۖ فَمَنِ اهْتَدَىٰ فَإِنَّمَا يَهْتَدِي لِنَفْسِهِ ۖ وَمَنْ ضَلَّ فَقُلْ إِنَّمَا أَنَا مِنَ الْمُنْذِرِينَ
Wa ‘An Atluwa Al-Qur’āna Famani Ahtadá Fa’innamā Yahtadī Linafsihi Wa Man Đalla Faqul Innamā Anā Mina Al-Mundhirīna
27:92  And that I recite the Quran.” And whoever accepts guidance then only he accepts guidance for himself; and whoever goes astray then say,Only I am of the warners.”
92. Wa an atluwal Qur-aana famanih tadaa fa innamaa yahtadee linafsihee wa man dalla faqul innamaaa ana minal munzireen
93. وَقُلِ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ سَيُرِيكُمْ آيَاتِهِ فَتَعْرِفُونَهَا ۚ وَمَا رَبُّكَ بِغَافِلٍ عَمَّا تَعْمَلُونَ
Wa Quli Al-Ĥamdu Lillahi Sayurīkum Āyātihi Fata`rifūnahā Wa Mā Rabbuka Bighāfilin `Ammā Ta`malūna
27:93  And say, “All praise (be) to Allah, He will show you His Signs, and you will recognize them. And not (is) your Lord unaware of what you do.
93. Wa qulil hamdu lillaahi sa yureekum Aayaatihee fa ta’rifoonahaa; wa maa Rabbuka bighaafilin ‘ammaa ta’maloon (section 7)
